BEHAVIOURAL INTERVENTION & AUTISM PROGRAMMING LESSEN THE IMPACT WITH EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

There is a significant need for intervention services for children, adolescents, and adults with behavioural disorders. As a result, persons with behavioural intervention skills are in high demand. UNB CEL provides programs to help fill the gap. Our programs are available to anyone working with or caring for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behaviour disorders. Whether you’re a front-line practitioner, a health-care professional, a student seeking a career in a human services field, or a parent, our programs will help you provide more effective support.

AUTISM SUPPORT TRAINING PROGRAM Over the course of 6 months, on a part-time basis, you will learn evidence-based treatment for individuals diagnosed with an ASD. This intensive program will show you how to: • Apply more effective interventions and enhance your ability to modify the behaviour of children with behavioural challenges • Become empowered to make informed decisions and nurture collaborative relationships
