Dermatological Education through Simulation Course. Developed and responsible for all simulation training for dermatology residents. Core competencies of communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, systems based practice and team building scenarios are incorporated into various simulated patient encounters which are videotaped, followed by discussion and evaluation. In addition, simulation is also used in pig foot lab for first year residents to gain fundamental skills at the start of residency.
