Introduction We’re an Organization originated in Brazil and with global presence. In order to have a consistent and admired brand everywhere we go, we must learn how to correctly apply our brand.

The exclusive Odebrecht logo and the red box compose our logo. Important: Always use original files and never change the predefined measurements or drawings.

We only use the Grayscale Version of our logo in black-and-white printed materials – e.g. fax and memos.

! ATtention: Do not apply the white border in other versions of the logo. Its use is exclusive for the secondary version.

For technical content, forms with variable data, emails and other materials in which a system font is required, we use the typographic family Tahoma, in its Regular and Bold variations.

Dear Mr. Silva, So you can learn about our signage, this document is a demonstration of the Odebrecht letterhead.

! ATtention: Use the secondary typographic family only when the main typography is unavailable.

With the page set to the A4 format, the body text of your letter should fill the entire page, respecting the following spacing: header of 4 cm, lower margin of 1.5 cm and left and right margins of 2 cm. Use the Tahoma font in size 10, with spacing of 120% (1.2 or 12 points), depending on the word processor, and align the text to the left or justify it. Don’t forget to skip a line (Enter) between paragraphs. That will facilitate the reading and allow a quick breather between ideas. Now that you’ve read and understood our tips, you’re ready to start composing your letters.

Here you’ll find the guidelines necessary to use and apply our logo. Follow them at all times. The elements here enclosed are not to be altered or used in the creation of new logos. Project: Interbrand June, 2013
