Our online store is easy to use, with secure ordering, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By ordering online you help us to keep our costs to a minimum and generate more profit to fund our work with the UK’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged children.

A voicemail service is available outside of these hours. Please leave a phone number/s for one of our customer care helpline team to call you back.

Complete all the relevant sections on pages 2 to 11 of this order form and use the enclosed reply paid envelope to return by post to Freepost RTJY-GUZA-SEJK Barnardo Trading Limited, Blacknest Road, Blacknest, ALTON GU34 4QE. Please ensure all of the 12 pages are returned to us, even if you have not written on them all. It is important you carry forward all the order totals from pages 2 to 8 to complete the grand total value of your order on page 11, including postage and packing costs. How to pay
Last minute Christmas orders
By cheque or postal order – please make your cheque payable to Barnardo Trading Limited and ensure it is crossed A/C payee. Please do not forget to sign the cheque and write your address, postcode, cheque card number, card expiry date and card limit on the reverse.
To ensure items you wish to order are in stock, we recommend you place your order as below.

We make every effort to ensure all the products offered in our catalogue are honestly illustrated and accurately described. Delivery explained A postage and packing charge of £4.99 is payable on orders excluding any item number ending in DD. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days of receipt. For item numbers ending in DD, these will be despatched direct from our suppliers and will be delivered within 7 working days. Please see page 11 of this order form for more information about additional delivery charges and delivery options for DD items. We will happily arrange delivery to a neighbour, friend or workplace if you prefer. Please ensure you include the delivery address on page 11, if it is different to your own address.
