TIPS FOR MAKING THE MOST OF THE BARDEN KITCHEN PROCESS

HOMECREST CABINET UPGRADES

NOTE! • At ANY time, if the client has a set of specific plans from another kitchen source, please copy the Kitchen Department as well as the Drafting Department

FIRST DRAFT • Unless specifically requested, our first draft will very closely mimic the design on the house plan and should be within budget.

REVISIONS • At this point, we can make changes a few different ways. • Schedule a phone conference with either party, or both, to talk about changes they would like. • Have either party meet with one of the kitchen designers at the Tully office to talk about their kitchen. • Submit hand written request with changes via fax or e-mail to the kitchen department.

NOTE! Throw away old versions of the plan STAPLE the new version right to the wall!

NOTE! Be sure to INFORM US of any site changes made by the client or the subs!

PLAN AHEAD! • ALLOW (4) WEEKS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER TO GET THEM TO YOUR JOBSITE.

Timing The Process ORDER TIME!

Before sending your cabinet order through we will need….. • Site measurements • List of appliances with specs • Signed copy of the kitchen, vanity and change order pages. • Be sure to double check all information is correct and filled out completely. • Be sure that the customer acknowledgement and person responsible for fit are signed.

REMEMBER TO TELL TRANSPORTATION TO SCHEDULE THE INTERIOR TRIM LOAD!
