Are you looking for something a little different? If our festive packages don’t suit you this year and you want to arrange your own entertainment, we’ve still plenty of choice for you when you book a stay directly with QHotels. Perhaps you want a base whilst you are visiting your friends or family to drop off their Christmas presents? Not a problem, we’ve 26 four-star hotels located throughout the UK. You and a guest can stay from just £65 per room, per night, including a delicious breakfast the following morning. You’ll have complimentary access to our health clubs and be treated to our award-winning service during your break. Perhaps you want to whisk your loved one away on a winter break at the gorgeous Slaley Hall in Northumberland or spend quality time with your family at Dunston Hall in Norwich? With 26 beautiful QHotels to choose from, we have something to suit everybody.

Guaranteeing your booking To guarantee your Christmas or New Year package you’ll need to pay a £50 per guest non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or American Express. The balance is payable before 1st November 2017. Bookings made after this date require full pre-payment. Central Reservations are open Monday – Thursday 8am – 9pm, Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm. Children We welcome children to all of our QHotels. Restrictions may be in place for a handful of our New Year’s Eve packages which may be for over 18’s only. Please check on the individual hotel page in this brochure. Your bedroom You can check in from 3pm on the day of arrival and you will need to vacate your room by 11am the day you depar t, unless otherwise stated in an individual hotel package. You can arrange a late check-out, subject to availability, when you’re at the hotel for a small fee. The majority of QHotels offer bedrooms for wheelchair users; please contact the hotel directly to ask for more information. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
Room supplements Supplements apply for single room occupancy and are per room, per night. This price varies depending upon hotel. Supplements also apply for upgrades to designated Family rooms, Premium rooms, Superior rooms, VIQ rooms and suites. Need to cancel? If an unexpected event or unforeseen circumstances cause you to cancel your Christmas or New Year’s Eve package before 1st November 2017, no additional cancellation fees will be charged although all deposits are non-refundable. Any bookings cancelled after this date will be charged for the total value of the package and will be non-amendable, non transferable. Extra information When you arrive at the hotel you’ll be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee payment of any extras you have during your stay – such as drinks at the bar or beauty treatments in the spa. Most hotels have a health club which is free for you to use throughout your stay. The Queens and The Stratford do not have a health club. Please note that any spa treatments taken or rounds of golf played will be charged additionally. Some health clubs and spas may have limited opening times over Christmas and New Year so please check with the hotel directly. Car parking is free of charge with the exception of The Queens, The Midland and The Stratford where a small surcharge applies. We recommend you pre-book all meal times prior to arrival.
