This quotation is launched for the needs of the “Democracy Workshops in Kosovo 2016-2017” project implemented by TOKA as the contracting Authority. You are kindly requested to provide us with a quote for the Audio and Video equipment specified in the attached technical specifications. 1 Supplies to be provided The subject of the quotation is the delivery and installation Audio and Video equipment as per technical specification in annex of 1 of this Request. Technical Specification for Software’s in Annex 2 of the Request. The list of equipment and software includes: Audio Recording Device, Audio Accessories, Memory Cards, Video Camera Devices, Video Camera Accessories Adobe and Audio Software’s. All equipment should comply with the European plug-in standards (German type F). All products should have warranty for at least 1 year from the delivery date. Delivery to Pristina, Kosovo (Meto Bajraktari Street No 4-1, 10000 Prishtina, Kosova).
