Selection & Colorization Process-You will meet with our design specialist who will guide you through choosing every intricate detail of your new dream home.

Pre-Start Meeting-Meet with our Construction Manager on your lot to discuss positioning of your home and review your specifications and color option addendum before building.

Pre-Drywall Meeting-Before the drywall is installed we show you the framing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation, so that you can have peace of mind.

Final Walkthrough/Orientation-Learn about your familie's new home as we take time to go through each room to ensure your expectations are met. You will also hear an explanation of our warranty process.

Sign Off/Closing-You will meet back at your property to review any items of question and sign off prior to closing.

Six Month Build Process

While these two aspects together make a nine month total building process on average, they are independent of one another and at times the total process has taken over a year. This is subject to change based upon on how many amendments are made to the plan and specifications, especially after construction process has begun.
