Roche has launched numerous philanthropist initiatives and has been named by President Obama to the United States Trade Representative’s (USTR) Advisory Committee for trade policy and negotiations.

With 15+ years of experience in management consulting and hospitality development in Asia, Mr. Mirza has a strong background in luxury & lifestyle hotel development including the Waldorf Astoria brand while SVP of Corporate Development at Hilton Worldwide, The Luxury Collection and W hotels while Head of Strategic Planning at Starwood Hotels. Mirza was a partner at Accenture’s travel practice and is a Harvard MBA & Aga Khan Foundation scholar in international development.

Previously, Nguyen was global head of trading and member of operating committee at Bank of America for equity financial products.

IH Investment Vice President of Business development Ridge began his career in advisory for Ernst & Young. In 2008, he transitioned into Luxor Capital Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Ridge has an MBA in Finance and Economics from New York University Stern School of Business and graduated from Binghamton University with a Finance degree.
