Our experience in wood processing enables us to customize products to meet your specific needs. Araupel, 100% Brazilian family owned company, is one of the largest global players in reforestation and manufacturing of high end softwood products. It is among the biggest Brazilian exporters for furniture and housing industries.

Araupel has its own forests at Southwest side of Parana state, which are covered by 3 kinds of trees: Parana Pine, Taeda Pine and Eucalyptus Grandis. We hold Forest Stewardship Council® - FSC® certification since 2002.

In business since 1972, Araupel has vast experience with distributors. And we are well known for meeting requested standards & specifications, profile matching, and on-time delivery in every market we attend.

Our product is shipped in full 40’ containers which are loaded at our docks, and packed with special care to resist the long journey. We can sell FOB, CFR Port, or Delivered to final destination.

Packaging: for DIY stores we can offer products with barcode labels applied, i2of5 on bundles, contractor packs and shrink wrapped kits. Araupel can customize packaging according to your label and branding needs, making it easier for you to distribute the products on retail stores.

Associations: Araupel is associated to the Moulding & Millwork Producers Association since 2003, and is able to attend any product in their wood moulding patterns.

Association of Millwork Distributers helps its members with certification, education, promotion, Networking and Advocacy to and for, The Millwork Distribution Industry.

Mouldings

We customize solutions to meet your specific needs. Araupel offers more than 3.000 knives already used to customize and shape mouldings. Each moulding is designed on CAD software to fit on standard blank sizes getting the most yield out

of the raw material. Each run of moulding is checked per templates and verified its finishing aspects as texture, knife marks, finger joints, among others.

Picture frame mouldings Araupel also offers stretcher bars and picture frame mouldings developed to attend the picture frame industry. Our product is supplied raw and used by moulding manufacturers in their decoration lines.

Two-component, low foaming emulsion polymer isocyanate (EPI) adhesive used for applications requiring exceptional water, heat and solvent resistance. Conforms to ASTM D-5751-99 wet use for laminate joints in non-structural lumber products.

Double coat, water based white acrylic latex primer. Painted 4 sides with a vaccum coater to ensure best coverage. Compatibility with solvent based oil and water based products. This product conforms to European Union Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/CE.
