Paramount has now applied its Advanced Rotary Technology® to five upper body plate loaded models.This patented converging-axis design has been highly successful with Paramount’s selectorized weight machines. Users can now achieve those same training benefits with the Rotary Plate Loaded models. Unlike other brands of converging-axis machines, Paramount’s press arms provide both adjustment for varying user size as well as pivoting handles. Each of the 5 Rotary Plate Loaded models comes standard with an easy to adjust 6-position handle assembly. In addition, these handles pivot through the range of motion allowing complete articulation of the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints.

TRADITIONAL LINEAR MOVEMENTS In addition to the 5 Rotary models, Paramount now offers the same plate-loaded exercise movements with traditional linear movements for the chest, shoulder and back. For those facilities seeking a variety of plate-loaded movements, we recommend both design styles. However, for those seeking an economic alternative with their plateloaded equipment, the 5 linear models will provide you and your clients great value.

A WIDE SELECTION OF PLATE LOADED MODELS The Paramount Plate-Loaded Series includes a total of 20 different models.This includes the 10 pressing movements for the chest, shoulder and back models referenced above plus 10 additional top performing models for both the upper and lower body. Among these are the uniquely designed Total Body stations for the chest, shoulder and legs.These provide multiple exercise movements using the same machine.This is very effective in smaller facilities or those looking to add just a few new plate-loaded stations. As a result of product diversification, floor space is at a premium in today’s fitness centers. Paramount’s engineering staff was able to keep the footprint of each model to a minimum without sacrificing either function or structural integrity. Another priority in the design of the plate-loaded series was to incorporate durable and easy to use low maintenance components. Ergonomic and biomechanic excellence is guaranteed through the use of state-of-the-art CAD workstations. Every component is designed and refined in 3D using scaled human models. Once the design phase is complete, each model is tested in the R & D Lab up to 500,000 cycles at maximum weight loads.This rigorous testing will confirm durability under heavy applications in the field.

6 Position Swivel Handle The often overlooked axis of motion on converging movements is the wrist joint.The A.R.T. handle pivot aligns with the wrist joint.This feature combined with the single offset axle design pivot allows for complete articulation of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist creating a movement that is fluid and free from impingement.This feature available on the five rotary modes. Heavy Duty Axles and Bearings 1" solid steel pivot axles and lifetime lubricated sealed bearings for friction-less movement and proper alignment. Bearings for Rotary models are encased in machine steel housings for highprecision alignment and enhanced appearance. Heavy Duty Bumper Stops Custom heavy-duty rubber molded bumper stops, measuring 2" wide x 1.5" high x 6.5" long, absorb the impact at end of exercise movement. Paramount Plate Loaded Series Total Leg FW-8800 Unique design provides a more natural leg press movement unlike conventional hack machines that move in a strict linear path. The arc movement allows the user to maintain the proper knee to ankle position.

Counterbalance Weight Post Catch Assembly

Dual safety catch system located within the peripheral view of the user. Weight plates are back loaded to add resistance. The unique counterbalance design also allows the user to front load weight plates to reduce the initial load.
