CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

FN Dressage & Jumping Competition with international Guests Open for Purebred Arabian Horses registered in a WAHO recognized studbook, Shagya-, Anglo- and Partbred Arabians with a minimum of 25% of Arabian Blood registered in an ordinary studbook in their country by the closing date of entry. Further limitations to participate in each class and a list of approved countries please see below.

1. On submitting the entry form, all exhibitors, their agents, and associates agree to accept these regulations and to follow the organizer’s instructions. 2. All exhibitors will accept the judges decisions, which are limited to this show and based on the judging system laid down in the regulations. The judges are invited by the organizer, are not paid, and are not commissioned by their breed societies. 3. All horses must be free of contagious diseases and come from a noninfected stable. They must be effectively vaccinated against equine influenza. 4. The equine passport must be presented at the show office. In case of a missing vaccination pass, or any suspicion of contagious disease, the organiser may have the horse examined by a veterinarian at the owner's costs. The organiser is entitled to have the horse quarantined according the veterinarian's decision. It is strongly advised to vaccinate against virus abort. 5. The organiser accepts no responsibility for accidents, illnesses, theft, fire, or any kind of damage, whether to people or to animals and objects, in particular, no third party liability for any damages. The owners of all horses or other animals at the show must have legal liability. Everyone is personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by himself, his associates etc., or his horses. 6. No compensation for transportation costs will be granted. 7. Reservations for stabling must be send together with the entry form and will only be considered if the fee of 125 € (for the whole weekend including first bedding) is paid. In case of not taking part in the event, the entry fee will not be refunded. 9. For the riding classes please fill out the complete entry form. The data will be used for the show catalog. 10. Participants must explain the willingness to start in the registration office no later than 1 hour before the competition begins. Es wird Dispens zu § 400.4 und 500.4 LPO erteilt. WB/LP No. 1-14 for ordinary members of an approved riding club of Germany and the VDD only with Purebred Arabian Horses registered in a WAHO recognized studbook, Shagya-, Anglo- and Partbred Arabians (with at least 25% Arabian) registered in an ordinary studbook in their country by the closing date of entry. Enclose a copy of the currently valid registration documents to the entry form. WB no. 1 and 5 are additionally open for ponies of all breeds. B. WB/LP No. 1-14 for participants from Poland, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark with horses as in A. stated. The natural movements of the horse in all three paces walk, trot, gallop, the fulfillment of the criteria of the scale of training, temperament and harmony of the presentation, the type and the quality of the body expressed in five single notes (as decimals only half marks are allowed) will be judged. Open: 4-6 year old horses can be presented two-handed reins with snaffle bit or bosal or onehanded in bit. All 7 year and older horses must be presented one-handed reins in bit. Helmets are mandatory for children / youth up to 18 years! H. Leading-Rein Class: Open for 3-14 year old rider, who do not participate in any other class. Helmets are mandatory. I. All-round Champion: It takes place separately for the beginners and the open a rating for the allround champion. Therefore the best horse-rider combination is determined. Office Charge per horse - rider combination: 10 € Minimum number of participants per class: 4 Special Conditions 1. Every horse owner and participant submits to the submission of entries, each accompanying person and the visitor upon entering the event ground, the detailed conditions of the Commission for horse performance tests in Westphalia-Lippe (KLW), the General and Special Conditions of the organizer and the instructions of the Competition Director. 2. The organizer reserves the right, in agreement with the KL Westphalia-Lippe, to cancel the event or individual competitions in the case of special circumstances. 3. All horses must be free of contagious diseases and come from a non-infected stable. They must be effectively vaccinated against equine influenza (FEI Vaccination scheme: Primary vaccination, repeat every 6 months). The horse passport with the registered vaccinations is required. In the absence of the equine passport the official vet may perform a medical examination at an extra charge. The organizer is entitled to reject horses by decision of the veterinarian. 4. For all horse a valid liability insurance must exist. 5. Any liability of the operator for accidents or damage to horses, competitors, crew and spectators, including their accessories are excluded. Likewise, he is not liable for possible theft. 6. Participants must explain the willingness to start in the registration office no later than 1 hour before the competition begins. 7. Prizes have to be collected until the end of the event at the registration office. 8. Helmets are mandatory for children / youth up to 18 years. Boxes and paddocks are available in limited number and must be paid with the entry.

Freestyle-Costume Class The design of the program is arbitrary. The sky is the limit! All basic gaits must be shown at least once. All riding styles are allowed, duration approx. 3-4 minutes, equipment fitting for riding, own music, imaginative costume. The minimum age of the horse is 5 years. Helmets are mandatory for children / youth up to 18 years. Please bring your music on CD / USB stick. Entry Fee: 5 €

Saturday Night Party with Buffet We warmly invite all participants, assistants and visitors to our Saturday Night Party on Saturday the 10th September from 8 p.m. in the bistro of the Equestrian Center! A tasty buffet with hot and cold dishes and various desserts waits for you. To participate in the buffet tickets are required and we charge a fee of 25 Euro per person. For organizational reasons, we ask for prior reservation! Registration can be made directly with the entry form. For spontaneous eaters without reservation, we still hold a limited number of buffet tickets ready at the registration office on 9th and 10th of September.
