At Apex Hotels we aim to make this a positive and educational experience; working as a Modern Apprentice will provide the knowledge, skills and confidence to set you on the right track for a fulfilling and rewarding career within the hospitality leisure and tourism sector.

The apprenticeship is designed to be completed over a 12 month period and you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, acquire knowledge and have the opportunity to practice “hands on” in either Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping or in the Kitchen. You will follow the standards as set out on the SQA framework and will have an inhouse assessor supporting you to make sure that you understand all the key aspects of your role.

You will be employed on a full time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and for the duration of your 12 month Apprenticeship you will be paid £7.00 per hour*.
