FREE Antioch Marketing Materials for your Business The Antioch Chamber has quantity of Antioch’s 2009 Community Guide and the 2009 Historic Shopping District Brochure. Our Chamber Members are welcome to pick up quantities to disburse within their business to help promote Antioch’s Business Community. Our Chamber foyer is open 24/7 and boxes of both marketing pieces are available to our members to pick up at their convenience. New Antioch Street Map With Chain O’Lakes 15,000 Copies-Ad Space The Antioch Chamber is producing a new Antioch Street Map which would also picture the Chain O’Lakes. The Chamber has endorsed Mary Ann Kuhn from the Advertiser Network to produce our new Antioch Map. This glossy, full color map has space to include advertisements from Antioch Chamber Members that are interested in purchasing ad space. 15,000 copies of this new map will be produced. An updated Antioch Street Map will be featured on one side of the map, while the back side will show the Chain O’Lakes as it appear in our current map. THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPPORTUNITY to signup to have your business advertised in this new map. This map is expected to have 2-3 year shelf life and will be a key marketing piece for the many residents and tourists that utilize our Antioch Maps. Ad space will be limited within the map. Village Hosts Farmer Markets

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS

The Village of Antioch is host to a weekly Farmers Market each Thursday afternoon from 3-7 pm. This popular venue is held in the east parking lot of Toft Street.

American Hoarders Cleaning Service

Thursday Night Concert Series Thursdays in downtown Antioch are filled with fun, shopping, and music. Thursday afternoons (3-7 pm) are home to Antioch’s weekly Farmers Markets. Each year more than 3,000 people visit the Castle for their free visits with Santa. People from miles travel to Antioch to enjoy this touch of whimsical holiday fun. This year, the Antioch Chamber has designed a new sponsorship program which enables YOUR BUSINESS to promote within Santa’s Castle . . . Here’s some examples of how it can work for different business types:

EXAMPLES FOOD BUSINESS ITEM: You provide a small beverage cup with a sticker on it saying: Stop by our Business for a free child-size Hot Chocolate. This will bring the whole family in to YOUR BUSINESS for their one small free hot chocolate and hopefully other family members will purchase additional items. FINANCIAL BUSINESS ITEM: You provide a small piggy bank or money bag for the child with instruction for the parents to come in to receive their “Free Holiday Audio CD”. GROCERY BUSINESS ITEM: You provide a coupon for a free doughnut or candy. The family comes in to redeem the coupon and will possibly purchase other items. AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS ITEM: Provide a toy car with a coupon to come in for a savings for an oil change.

Cost is $250 to be a sponsor of Santa’s Enchanted Castle; Deliver 3,000 items to the Antioch Chamber by November 13th; Santa’s Castle is open daily from November 27th through December 23rd; and Bags filled with our sponsor items will be given to each family on a daily basis.

Bag Sponsorship (limited to one) to use to stuff items in: • • • •

Cost for our Bag Castle Sponsor is $500 (limited to one sponsor); Bags may have your business logo and information printed on them; You may also include an Item for the bag; and Item must be delivered to the Antioch Chamber by November 13th.

Marketing Do’s and Don’ts -August Women’s Breakfast...an Excellent Networking Opportunity! Each month the Antioch Chamber hosts a Networking Breakfast for any woman associated with a member business. The Ladies have proven over and over that these are successful for generating new business! On August 11th, we’ll be hosting the Working Women Breakfast Faire at the Lake House Restaurant at 7:30 am. The Lake House is located at the intersection of Grass Lake and Deep Lake Roads. This month’s theme is “Marketing Do’s and Don’ts”. If you business has not been represented at these monthly breakfasts, make August the month you start! Send a woman staff member(s), a spouse, a friend...any woman can represent your business. Each month we ask our members to be featured as our “Showcase Business” and speak about that month’s theme. This is an excellent way to showcase your business to other members. RSVP’s are necessary, call the Antioch Chamber at 847-395-2233 to sign up. Cost is $10 per person and covers the breakfast buffet. Each month we rotate the location of our WWBFs to restaurant members. If your restaurant is large enough to accommodate 45+ women, please call the Antioch Chamber to discuss having the WWBF at your business. Another Member Benefit!
