ANNUAL REPORT Year : 2011

INTRODUCTION Five years of operation since the registration of the Association, a recognised charity. A Law 1901 Association not subject to VAT, with no employees and no subsidies for 2011. We have observed the same movements as the previous year: training, general mediation, conventional family and corporate mediation are still experiencing growth. Our excellent contacts with the Court of Dole and the Court of First Instance of Lons led to a joint reflection on judicial family mediation. We have to reciprocal will to better promote family mediation for our fellow citizens in the Jura.

The Association is continuing its partnership with the IRTS of Franche-Comté in Besançon, the Catholic Institute of Paris and Lyon, the CECCOF in Paris (Office of Clinical Research in Family Communication), the ISS (International Social Service) in Geneva, GPM (Groupement Mediation Pro), having its headquarters in Geneva, and the Centro per la Mediazone Sistemica Gregory Bateson in Milan, as well as several French universities. The association is still a member of the FENAMEF, the National Federation of Mediation and Family Spaces, and its director attends Paris meetings of APMF / FENAMEF Training Centres leading to the DEMF, (State Diploma in Family Mediation) in France. The President and Director of the Association are members of the APMF, Association for Family Mediation, whose Head Office is in Paris, as well as the AIFI, the International Francophone Association for Separated Families, whose Head Office is in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Vice President is a Member of the Board of the AIFI, Honorary President of the AMF (Association of Family Mediation in Belgium) he coordinates a host of activities. The Director was appointed Chairman of the EUROPEAN FORUM in April 2011, elected unanimously at elections held in Milan. The Association Secretary is to the Departmental Delegate for Children’s Rights under the authority of Mr. Dominique Baudis, for the Jura and le Doubs. The reputation of the Association continues to improve, and its voice is becoming a real benchmark in mediation, training, supervision and the analysis of professional practices. The changing face of the Association led its Board of Directors to consider an amendment to its bylaws, Internal Regulations and Membership Conditions, this draft being presented to the Federal Meeting in 2012. The Association website is http://www.amorifeinternational.com is a regional, national and international benchmark. We would again like to thank the service provider who created and improved our website: DOLE SOLUS COMPUTER. We would like to thank all partners and employees for their interest and confidence in our Association, and we salute the joint work of the members of AMORIFE INTERNATIONAL. This year we are presenting a Business Report in images, and continue to welcome any constructive criticism.

2. OUTLOOK FOR 2012 2012 should see further development of the activities of the Association against a backdrop of European financial crises and political elections. The budget has been maintained, with no increase forecast, to reflect current conditions. Advertising and promotion of the Association will continue. The translation of the website, which couldn’t be completed due to financial constraints, is on the agenda for 2012. We will enhance our efforts in the field of international mediation, multidisciplinary training and the analysis of professional practices, not forgetting supervision. We will promote the maintenance of our international relations by several trips abroad as well as the holding of events. We will see further partnership with other professionals and the sharing of experiences in 2012. The association will amend its internal regulations and bylaws to make them better performing and able to cope with its increased activities. Investments in various pieces of equipment is also envisaged, as is the continued development of Headquarters. Finally AMORIFE INTERNATIONAL intends accommodate the public in other places.

CONCLUSION For the fifth year, the Association saw an increase in conventional mediation and training, and intensified national and international relations, evidence of dynamism, competence and motivation. Operating agreements between the Dole magistrates’ court and the Lons High Court will make it possible to continue local hearings in family cases. We hope this new organization, supported by several draft laws concerning family mediation and the renewal of the European Directive on civil and commercial mediation, will enable us to work more with the legal world. We would like to thank all members and stakeholders involved in the success of the association and who have contributed to its influence For the Board of AMORIFE International, Pierre GRAND, President.
