Cass Community Health Foundation Awards More Than $45,000 in Scholarships in 2013 Cass Community Health Foundation awarded 40 graduating high school seniors and college students more than $45,000 in scholarships in 2013. The scholarships will assist these students in pursuing a nursing or other health-related degree. Scholarships are available to graduating seniors from Belton High School, Raymore-Peculiar High School and Grandview High School. Scholarships awarded by the Foundation are made possible through named scholarship endowments ranging from $750 to $2,500. “Thank you for your continued support and monetary donations to the Cass Community Health Foundation. Your generous gifts were used

to provide scholarships for local youth striving to obtain a degree in nursing or other health-related field,” Cass Community Health Foundation President Cynthia Randazzo said. “Cass Community Health Foundation continues to assist students in overcoming financial barriers in obtaining their degree in nursing or other health-related field.” The deadline to apply for these scholarships is March 1, 2014.
