e-BRIDGE Print & Capture App Designed for the mobile workforce of today, the e-BRIDGE Print & Capture app enables users to scan to and print from iOS and Android phones and tablets to Toshiba e-STUDIO systems via a WiFi network. The app also provides a convenient gateway to allow mobile users to quickly retrieve and print PDF and JPG documents from cloud-based storage locations such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, One Drive and Evernote. The e-BRIDGE Print & Capture app is available as a free download in Google Play.

Print Photos with e-BRIDGE Print & Capture 1) Download the e-BRIDGE Print & Capture app from Google Play. After installation is complete, launch the application on your Android device by tapping the e-BRIDGE Print & Capture icon. Note: Your mobile device will need to be connected via WiFi to the same network as your Toshiba e-STUDIO system.

2) Tap Images in the Print section of the application menu. When prompted, allow the eBRIDGE Print & Capture app to access your photos.

3) Select desired photo to print.

4) On first use of the app for printing, the system will attempt to locate your Toshiba e-STUDIO system on the WiFi network. If no devices are discovered, you can enter the IP Address manually. To manually input the IP Address for your system, click Manual on the upper right hand side of app.

5) Enter the IP Address or Full Hostname of your system and then tap the Start Discovery button.

6) Tap the right arrow ( > ) on the Printer Name bar to make any desired print setting changes (i.e. number of Copies, Color Mode, Print Mode, Paper Size, Paper Type or Toner Save).

7) Tap the < Settings at the top left of the screen to exit Settings and return to the Preview screen.

8) Tap Print to print your photo. Your print job will be sent to the Toshiba system via WiFi . Please remain on this screen until the data transmission has completed and then retrieve your print document.

9) Tap the < Preview option at the top left of the screen to return to the main menu.

Scan Documents to Cloud Storage with e-BRIDGE Print & Capture 1) Download the e-BRIDGE Print & Capture app from Google Play. After installation is complete, launch the application on your Android device by tapping the e-BRIDGE Print & Capture icon. Note: Your mobile device will need to be connected via WiFi to the same network as your Toshiba e-STUDIO system.

2) Place your document/s on the platen glass or in the document feeder of the Toshiba e-STUDIO system and then tap Scan in the Capture section of the application menu.

3) On first use of the app for printing, the system will attempt to locate your Toshiba e-STUDIO system on the WiFi network. If no devices are discovered, you can enter the IP Address manually. To manually input the IP Address for your system, click Manual on the upper right hand side of app.

4) Enter the IP Address or Full Hostname of your system and then tap the Start Discovery button.

5) Make any desired scan setting changes (i.e. File Type, Color Mode, Resolution or Duplex mode) and then tap Scan.

6) Your scan job will be sent to your device via WiFi. Please remain on this screen until the data transmission has completed.

7) You can change the orientation of your scanned file by clicking the Rotate tool on the top center portion of the app.

8) Using the Share tool near the top right hand side of the screen, you can share the file via eMail, Text, OneNote or many other options depending on the apps that you have downloaded to your device.

9) You can also use the Send tool at the top center portion of the screen to save the file locally on your device as a PDF, JPG or Slim PDF document or send to a desired cloud-based storage location such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

10) In this tutorial we will save the scanned file to Google Drive. Tap the Google Drive option from the Send drop-down menu.

11) You will be given the option to change the name of your scanned file. Tap OK to select the default name created for the file.

12) If you have multiple Google Drive accounts, you will be given a choice to select which account to upload the scanned file to. Select an account and tap OK. Next you will see a screen showing the progress of the file upload to your Google Drive.

13) After the upload process is complete, the app will return to the Preview screen. To return to the main menu in the e-BRIDGE Print & Capture app, tap the ) on the Printer Name bar to make any desired print setting changes (i.e. number of Copies, Color Mode, Print Mode, Paper Size, Paper Type or Toner Save).
