Silent Auction Rules   •

Please include your full name on the bid sheet

Please observe the minimum bids and bid increase amounts noted on the bid sheets. No bid starting below the minimum bid will be considered a legal bid. No bid increase below the minimum increase will be considered a legal bid.

•

You may bid on as many items as you wish, as often as you wish, up to the close of the auction. Please be advised that if your bid is the highest at the close of the auction, you will be considered the purchaser of that/those items.

•

Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services.

•

If you have to leave early be sure to give a volunteer your contact information. We will notify you tomorrow if you won an auction item. If you’d like to guarantee that you win an item, you can purchase it at any time for the “Buy it Now” price.

•

The silent auction will end promptly at 6:40 p.m. At that time, check pink slips on the auction table to see if you won the items you bid on.

•

To check out, head to the registration table. There will be two lines, one for credit cards and one for cash and check.

  All of the money raised from the silent auction will go directly to providing students in Minnesota with access to reliable technology.
