Field trips are payable by cash or on a separate cheque on the first of the month. Summer Field Trip Fee $56. If you would like to separate the payment into two cheques you can pay $28 each month.
I give permission for my child to use the inflatable water slide at daycare. ______ I give permission for my child to walk or ride the daycare bus to Red Willow Spray Park._____ I will leave a swim suit and towel at the center. Parents are also welcome to attend field trips. Supervision on field trip will meet licensing ratio requirements with an addition of at least one extra staff. I am aware that I need to have my child at the center by 8:45am on field trip days.
