Mechanical Engineering ISS carries out projects like: -pipeline engineering -storage tank construction -plant assembly -scheduled and unscheduled maintenance -plant shutdown services.. Calibration -We provide commercial instrument calibration and test equipment repair services for a wide variety of measurement and test equipment. -ISS offers a wide range of pressure from relatively low (few Psi) to very high (up to 30,000 psi). -ISS offers calibration instruments for the physical measured value of pressure, temperature, and electrical measured values.

Quality Control and Inspection Services

Our QA/QC & Inspection Department provides various types of Inspection and testing services to a number of clients in Egypt. Some of the major services provided are the following: · Radiographic Examination · Ultrasonic Examination · Magnetic Particle Examination · Liquid Dye-Penetrant Examination · Alloy Verification of Steel · Hardness Test of metal · Painting & Coating Thickness Check, Holiday Test, Adhesion Test etc. · Supply of Inspection Engineers, Inspectors & NDT Technicians.

Chemical cleaning ISS uses the most up to date chemical cleaning technologies to remove residual oils, corrosion products, water hardness deposits, and other foulants from industrial process equipment.

NDT Services ISS non-destructive testing (NDT), inspection services focus on supporting mechanical integrity and inspection programs for clients in the Petrochemical, Refinery, Pipelines, etc. ensuring a safe and healthy work place.

BLASTING & PAINTING SERVICES -ISS has the capability to provide painting and blasting services both onshore and Offshore -We provide Epoxy brush painting services which are widely preferred in petrochemical refinery and fertilizer industries

For more than 30 years, ISS has supported a solid client base by offering a 24 hour call out service for industrial maintenance.
