Release of Student Information to Supplemental Education Service (SES) Providers The U. S. Office of Education requires that the district obtain written consent from you, the parent, in order to release some of your child’s information to the provider that you selected. The information that will be shared with the provider will assist them in designing a program for your child that will enhance the academic program that your child receives at school. The U. S. Office of Education does require that the Supplemental Service Provider maintain the confidentiality of all of your child’s information. They may not disclose any information about your child without further permission. This request allows the district to share the following information with your selected provider: your name and your child’s name, address, and phone number; some of your child's academic information (such as test scores, grades, and subject matter assessments); and for student with disabilities, the IEP or 504 plan goals. We have been providing tutoring services since 2009.

Over 90% of the students that finished our tutoring program show improvement in English language arts and/or math.

We have experience tutoring K12th grade students in Reading/Language Arts and Mathematics. Additionally, we have experience working with students with disabilities and English Learners.

The average improvement in pretest to post-test scores for Language Arts and Math in grades K through 12 was 18.29% for the first year and 23.89% for the second year in our program.

11 years of working with academic intervention studies in math and English Language Arts for students that are brilliant, and need some extra assistance in achieving academic goals in math and English Language Arts. We have been providing tutoring services since 2006.

! ACE Tutoring Services, Inc. has been providing tutoring services to students in K-12th grade since 1997.

Based on data collected over the past two years, students in our program gain a 20% to 25% increase in ELA or Math. The average improvement in EnglishLanguage Arts in grades K-12 was 25.99%. The average improvement in Mathematics in grades K-12 was 20.64%. Since 1986, (ABC) has taught thousands of students the Reading skills necessary for academic success. We provide one-on-one or small group direct instruction in home or local library, 7 days a week with trained and experienced tutors. More than 5 years experience.

We demonstrate our program’s effectiveness through pre/post test results. Third party analysis of over 10 thousand students show average reading improvement of 1 to 3 grade levels in 15 to 24 hours of instruction.

We have experience providing individualized and small group SES tutoring services to students all ages enrolled in K12. BEST has been serving students since 1999. BEST has also helped foster children and youth referred by the probation department. Tutors have experience in working with students in private and public schools.

In the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years, students enrolled in our program saw, on average, an improvement of 20% on their overall assessment score. Of all the students that completed our program between the dates of Nov 11th 2011 and March 2013, 100% showed significant growth between the pre and post test periods. The growth per student in the area of English Language Arts averaged to +35% and +29% in the area of Mathematics. In a study conducted by Dr. Steven Ross,at the University of Memphis, Brain Hurricane students increased by 30% in reading, 22% in language, and 29% in mathematics.

We are providing Supplemental Educational Services from past years and we have vast experience in working with students with disabilities and English Learners. Tutoring experience with all students from different populations.

Since 2009, Learn It Online, LLC has served as a provider of Supplemental Educational Services in multiple states nationwide, such as California, Alabama, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Vermont.

In Language Arts for 2012-13, 84% of the students increased their fluency and comprehension skills by two grade levels. In Math, 92% of the students increased their skills by 1.5 grade levels.

In 2010, Mobile Minds Tutoring became a Supplemental Educational Service (SES) provider for the state of Oregon, and a national provider as of Fall 2011. We’ve served over 3000 students nationwide. We’ve served over 100 school districts in the state of California. We have 2 years of experience working with Texas Board of Education on SES (2011-2013). However, this is our first year in the state of California.

Grade equivalent increased by 1 year and 6 months (on average). In 2012-2013 89% of MMT students made academic progress and 79% of MMT students made more than 10% points of progress during their program. You can expect the same great results for your child with Mobile Minds Tutoring! Out of 175 students enrolled in 2012-2013, 149 completed both the pre-test and post-test resulting in a retention rate of 85.14%. The students demonstrated an average gain of 19.19 points from pre to post-test. Data showed a .35 positive correlation from pre-test scores to post-test scores. This validates that our tutoring program is effective at increasing student academic achievement.

Facilitate reading/ math/ skills for students in grades K-12; Implement state academic core standards based on grade level incorporating strategies using various teaching methods. One on One Learning has 9 years of experience tutoring low performing students in Reading and Mathematics in various states. Special education students and English Language Learners have also successful participated in our program. Services are offered at school, in home, online and at off-site locations. Many of our staff are returning tutors who have assisted in the success of our company. We actively search for tutors who have previous experience and who show similar qualities to our current staff.

One on One Learning has 9 years of experience successfully tutoring students in Reading and Mathematics. In 2012-2013, upon completion of the program, students demonstrated an average measurable gain of 26% in Reading and 29% in Math.
