Things To Remember
When you have a special tattoo drawing and desire to get it on your skin. After the tattoo is finished REMEMBER to get the photo and the stencil with you if you want to be the only one who has that tattoo. If you don't care about other people getting the same tattoo and the tattooist is interested in the drawing! Talk with him/her and maybe you can get the tattoo a bit cheaper!!!
A tattoo can be expensive today and you’ll find a lot of people who have bought a start kit from example *Spalding & Rogers* and offer to make it for ½ or even 1/3 of the price a original tattooist want, don't get cheap here, it is a risk!
Too many things can go wrong, sickness (not clean needles), un expired, and Donald Duck can look like *Goofy*, so do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate go to a original artist and see his/hers work and pay the money!!!!!

That is what I did myself when I was in the Navy. I found a good artist and told him what I wanted drawn and he came back with exactly what I wanted! ☺ Step Four You can find ideas to the flash everywhere you look, in the newspapers, books, and magazines so use your imagination! Short Tip
Today it is more normal to see people who have tattoos, that gives a expression on who and what they are! Just 10 or more years ago it was mostly three kinds of people who had a tattoo it was people with jail time, sailors, and bikers. Today all kinds of people have tattoo! The system is become more open!! You got professionals to athletes to college kids. BUT! BUT! There are still some work places where you have to think before you get a tattoo you can’t hide behind a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt all the time! You may say *it’s too bad* look here! I have a big skull with two snakes across over the skull on my left hand and a cross on my right and some saying on my fingers both hands! I’ll assure you you’ll never get a job in a bank. I’m a sailor so I don't care, but you get the idea? Think about what kind of work you want to have or what job you have and find the places on your skin for that! It’s too bad, but still there is something about tattoos and people! So my advice is think and think good over what you want and where you want to have the tattoo.

Tattoo Names!
If you get a name of a Girl/Guy on your skin, it is a delicate subject! Because you’ll show you’re love and affection for her/him and it is permanent! But if you break up it can become a problem. When you have a new love in your life she/he most likely will be annoyed over the name on your arm. Here you have to possibility One: Get it removed Two: Get a tribal tattoo to cover it up There: This is a third possibility I can’t recommend, You simply don't listen to him/her! Family names, children names don't cause any problems usually such as MOM, DAD, First born and so on. Other tattoo text can also create problems let say *666* White Power, Black Power, F**k The Law, 1%, 13*, these scripts say something about opinions and can in some cases cost you a lot. So think before you get a tattoo, I don't say you shouldn’t get them, It is your choice when it comes right down to it. I write this because I had the problem close to life, I had a swastika with *666* on my arm and started to sail the high seas and I have friends all over the world black, white, yellow. Then I had to explain why I had that tattoo! After explaining this 500 times I got a tribal over it.

PAIN!!
Does it hurt to get a tattoo?? YES! The first time the needle goes in your skin it hurts it feels like a bee is there, then after a while the skin becomes num and you don't feel it any more, the pain is most psychology and you’re imagination can get the best of you, also you have listen to people who say IT HURTS LIKE H**L. It also depends on where on your body you get the tattoo and how much you can stand pain! Some places on the body it can really hurt and for men it is on his manhood, I’ve seen one who got one and he walked a bit funny. Inside the over-arm, inside of a leg, the neck. Also on the inside of a lib, on the finger spec the little finger, by the nail. On girls it is practical the same places, I can’t say for sure just what girls have told me. Places on your skin that get at lot of fresh air, wind and so on are more likely to get num then skin that doesn’t get the elements. Let me hear your opinion on this where does it hurt most?
