KBFootwear Guarantee of Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the size, comfort or fit of your purchase, you may return the new unworn shoes for a prompt exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Product Warranty and Return Policy: When you first receive your new shoes, try them on a carpeted floor. Do not wear them outside.
Poor Fit/Wrong Size: If they do not fit properly, please call 304-7970627 or 888-445-6277 ext. 1 and ask for a Return Authorization (RA). You will be given instructions for the return. You may return the new unworn shoes for prompt refund, or exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
