In this plenary session, which is part coaching workshop and part half time pep-talk, we will look, both conceptually and practically, at how people themselves are often the best – and most under-exploited – of resources.: you know more than you know, and so do your students! We will explore aspects of emotional intelligence and CLIL, with take-away activities to promote, for example, student autonomy and wellbeing. When the student becomes the master – and just as importantly, vice versa – we can be the spark we hope to light in others.
