CEO, CO-FOUNDER Grega has a strong and successful history with various start-ups in manufacturing, food service, leisure, and fitness industry. In 2004 Grega opened his first company, specialised in the EU distribution and sales of sports nutrition, fitness and wellness products. After selling the company in 2010, Grega started a new company, Aioli Pharma Ltd in 2011., The company saw great success just a few months after penetrating the Slovenian market, they covered more than 5% of the domestic gum market. Grega sold most of his share in the company to various investors in 2015.

COO, CO-FOUNDER Mihael's first company was specialized in the import and distribuition of bevarages troughout Slovenia and the other former Yugoslav states. He sold the company in 2009 and started a new company Mineko Engineering Ltd. dealing with the engineering and installation of robotics for the automotive industry.  His company’s clients include Rolls Royce, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Ford, BMW and VW, amongst others. The company was sold in 2015 and creation of AirPod project started.

  Mihael Meolic  is a Slovenian businessman who travels extensively for work. Two years ago, whilst at the airport waiting for a flight, he called Grega Mrgole. Tired and exhausted, he complained about the uncomfortable seating and being unable to make client calls as he was surrounded by fellow passengers. “I wish there was some kind of capsule, where I could get my work done, relax and wait for the next flight”.

APOD- AirPod's own Cryptocurrency The start-up model of the business has enabled the company to capitalize on features like flexibility, total control, fast decision making and maximum utilization of resources by the use of cryptocurrency in the sponsorship phase to generate funds effectively creating one internal economy. Purchasing an APOD or APOD token will make an individual an eligible shareholder of the AirPod on which the token was purchased. This gives APOD token holders an incredible opportunity for earning stable passive crypto-income. One year after the project is launched, or after the 400th AirPod has been installed, the Sponsorship phase will begin when token holders are eligible to exchange their APOD tokens for their right to share in the profits which are generated from the particular AirPod Unit for which the tokens were purchased. AIRPODS AT AIRPORTS The first beta production prototype is expected to be ready by autumn 2018. The prototype will contain all the proposed features. First 10-15 Airpods will be installed in EU airports for commercial trial in autumn 2018 (locations soon to be announced). The number of installed AirPods will depend on the number of transit passengers at a particular airport. For example, Dubai Airport has around 55million transit passengers/year of which 10% are in transit between 3-6 hrs. Taking into account 5% of those are potential clients, this would mean 31 AirPods would be occupied 24/7 x 365. *figures above are based on market analysis made by Technoavio 2017.

Maintenance cost expected to be 30% of revenue generated by AirPod unit. Business model only includes partnerships with distributor ensuring Global network of international airports where AirPods will be placed. AirPod can be and will be used in other public places as well such as train stations, shopping centres, universities, business centres, event venues etc.
