CINCH Seed Splits – CINCH can split an invoice between one or more customers with each customer getting their share of the invoice and Accounts/Receivable obligation. Odd dollar amounts can be designated or alternated between accounts. Split billing allows for ease of billing all split accounts separately. No matter how your customers require their billing, you can accommodate them using the Split Billings feature. Split code exceptions can be set up to include or exclude certain items and class(es) or defi ne percentages by items and class(es) per account. Split returns are handled in a similar manner as split invoices. Order/Invoice Entry – Track a prospect’s account profi le separately from your customer master while allowing ease of transferring information once they become a customer. Seed Blending – Blend seed and come up with a blended inventory item and lot analysis. Print seed lot tags. Advanced Sales Order Processing – Include Load Staging and Order Completion. Load Staging will allow users to maximize shipments by selecting the order/items and staging trucks loads. Purchase Contract – Enter Purchase Contracts by Single Item, Multiple Delivery, or Multiple Prices per Delivery. Contract for product of a number of acres of an item.
