2. REGISTRATION The registration form is provided online. A representative for each delegations is requested to conduct online registration through the 20th DGICM website http://20dgicm.com. Online registration can be undertaken with an account, which will be presented upon request by email to [email protected] at the latest by 5th September 2016. 3. DRESS CODE Dress Code for the Opening Ceremony will be Official Immigration Uniform for Head of Delegation and Meetings will be business attire, where as smart casual attire, batik / national dress can be donned at dinner and reception unless stated otherwise. Committee will provide Batik shirt for Head of Delegation only which to be worn at Gala Dinner, please complete measurement form on Annex 1 and send it back via email to [email protected] DGICM Secretariat at least on 31 August 2016. 4. HOSPITALITY a. Arrival and Departure  All DGICM Heads of Delegation and accompanying delegates, representatives of ASEAN Secretariat, as well as Australian dialogue partner will be assisted by officers from the Directorate General of Immigration Republic of Indonesia upon arrival and ushered to the hotel accordingly.  Similar courtesy will be accorded during departure. b. Visa Requirement  Delegates from ASEAN Member States are subject to free visit visa facilities for maximum 30 days stay in Indonesia.

Luggage Handling  20Th DGICM Luggage tags will be mailed to all the delegations. These luggage tags should be attached to each individual luggage to facilitate identification and clearance. Officers from the Directorate General of Immigration will assist in the baggage retrieval for all the delegates. Luggage tags can be downloaded on Annex 2.

d. Transportation  Transportation will be provided for DGICM Heads of Delegation and their delegation, ASEAN Secretariat and the Australian dialogue partner to facilitate upon arrival and departure as well as for the duration of the meetings until 24 September 2016. e.

All payments are under personal account. Special rate is applicable from 15 August until 11 September 2016. The DGICM Secretariat Office should be kept informed at the hotel reservation through the email addresses listed above so as to facilitate transport arrangement.

LIASON AND SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS a. Liason Officers  Liason Officers (LO) will be assigned to assist each DGICM Delegation, ASEAN Secretariat and Australian Dialogue Partner during the course of the meeting.  Liason Officers (LO) will also be assigned to assist the respective delegations of ASEAN Member States. b. Security Arrangement  Access of the meeting venue and other designated places will be supervised by security personnel. All official delegates, working staffs and security personnel will be provided with identification passes to be worn throughout the meeting for ease identification and security check.

6. MEALS a. Meals will be provided in accordance with the programme of the 20Th DGICM and its related meetings. The venue and attendance to the meals are indicated in the programme of activities. b. Dinner as indicated in the programme will be by invitation only. 7. WORKING LANGUAGE The 20th DGICM and related meetings will be conducted in Indonesian Language. The host will provide interpreter service to English. Delegations needing interpretation to their own languages should make their own arrangements for interpreters at their own expenses. 8.

MEDICAL SERVICES Delegates are advised to contact the secretariat office or hotel front office staff for medical assistance. Should a delegate require a referral to a doctor or hospital, the expenses incurred will be borne by the delegates.

b. Climate General Climate Bali's is located very near to the equator, therefore its warm, tropical climate makes it a huge draw for tourists. Average year-round temperature stands at around 2627°C with a humidity level of about 85-90%. Water temperatures are always pleasant. c. Currency The national currency of Indonesia is called Rupiah (Rp). Money changing services can be found at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Soekarno – Hatta Internasional Airport and Most Shopping Centers and Hotels. d. Local Time Indonesia standard time is 7 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+7) e. Business and Office Hours Goverment and most private offices are open from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
