Bringing after-sales service closer to our customers We have 3.4 million Navigo card users, and every year we handle 1.5 million after-sales service requests (lost or damaged cards, expired cards, etc.). We now offer after-sales service in all our 415 contact points (ticket and information counters) across the RATP Île-de-France networks. As soon as customers report their travelcard lost or stolen, they are given a temporary travelcard and they receive text messages informing them of when they can pick up their new card in the station of their choice.
On average, it takes only 16 hours for us to make a new card available after receiving a request. We find more than 160,000 items of lost property on our Île-de-France networks every year. With our new in-house app, when customers tell our staff that they have lost an item, we can look for it in real time across all of the RATP networks.
METROLINK TRAINING ACADEMY In Manchester, RATP Dev has set up an academy to train enough tram drivers to cope with the tripling of the network. A driving simulator has been developed in-house, and an e-learning platform is provided for customer relations staff.
“MON TRAM, MON STYLE” In May 2015, RATP staff and assistants went to meet passengers in eight stations on the T6 and T8 tram lines that opened in December 2014. The aim was to give customers all the information they needed to make the best possible use of this rapidly developing mode of transport.

PAPER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CALCULATOR By using Cocoon Offset rather than non-recycled paper, the environmental impact was reduced by:
Source: carbon footprint data evaluated by Labelia Conseil in accordance with the Bilan Carbone® methodology. Calculations are based on a comparison between the recycled paper used versus a virgin fibre paper according to the latest European BREF data (virgin fibre paper) available. Results are obtained according to technical information and subject to modification.
