Abstract Although online education provides opportunities to people who traditionally do not have access to universities, there is a need for more empirical studies to gain better understanding on how to deliver quality online education, especially when the subject of the course is related with IT. Learning to program is a complicated process.  This  study  aims  to  find  out  the  difference  between  students’  performance   in online and face-to-face settings during a computer programming course in the fall semester of the year 2010. The study was conducted at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Istanbul University. This online course is one of the required courses for students majoring in Mathematics. It is delivered in a learning management system developed in house through a project fu nded by Istanbul University. The goal is to introduce students with structured programming using the programming language C. Two topics “Functions  in  C  Programming”  and  “Loops  in  C  Programming”   - were presented to students online and face to face. The total of 62 students formed two groups: the online and face to face groups. The content analysis statistical technique is used, as well as a questionnaire consisting of open-ended questions, which performed as a data collection tool to find out the views of the students in context to the process. Investigation of employees performance evaluation system in the sales & after-sales services organization of Iran Khodro Co. and introducing a suggested pattern Seyedeh Maryam Khatami a a

Department of Management, Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University, Isfahan, Iran

Abstract The present research dead with investigation of employees' performance evaluation system in the present and suggested situati on of sales and after-sales services organization. Fundamental quastion of the resarch is this matter that is there a difference between employees performance evaluation system in the present and suggested situation? For this purpose, after mentioning the problem importance of research history was done. Literature of the subject has in organization in three discussion format: Employee performance evaluation, introduction of Iran Khodro, sales and after-sales services assistance and review of performance studies, also present research includes five questions and five hypotheses as follows: 1. The present indicators of the evaluation system has significant difference with suggested one. 2. Evaluation procedure in the present situation is different from suggested one. 3. Evaluation period in the present situation has significant difference with suggested one. 4. Evaluation resources in the present situation has man with significant difference with suggested one. 5. Using manner of obtained results by evaluation system in the present situation has significant difference with suggested one. Research statistical community is sales and after-sales services assistance of Iran Khodro. The sampling was done randomly, data were collected by questionnaires manner was descriptive and surveying, the used statistical method for in the research is examining of two paired samples for acceptance rejection of hypothesizes. Results from data analysis present that all hypothesis are accepted. Thus, there is significant difference between employees' performance evaluation in the present situation and suggested an end all hypothesizes are accepted by 95% probability. Abstract Game theory is a field of applied mathematics that developed in the context of economics and focuses on the strategic behaviour of rational agents. Strategic behaviour, occurs when the utility of each agent not only affected by his own choice of strategy but also depends on the strategy chosen by other actors. Type of game can be classified as a zero-sum games, non-zero-sum games, cooperative games and non-cooperative games. Game theory has many applications in various scientific fields such as political science, economics and business, biology, philosophy, computer science and logic, etc and have been recognized as an important tool in studying, modelling and interaction analysis. At the time, game theory has found many applications in the computer networks. These applications a re redefined as a game framework in which players are trying to optimize an objective function. Those strategies that direct the network to an optimal Nash equilibrium are considered as efficient strategies for network games. In this paper, we offer an overview over applications of game theory in computer networks and arrange them inside different groups.
