A NEW PATH TO GROWTH

THE GRADUATE SCHEME There are 4 different paths for Graduates:

PATH 1 For Graduates with a Masters qualification in engineering, support will be provided to become a Chartered Engineer. Generally a 4 year program with an allocated mentor.

PATH 2 For Graduates with a Bachelors qualification in engineering, support will be provided to become an Incorporated Engineer. Generally a 3 year program with an allocated mentor.

What our Graduates say ? FRENCH NATIONAL

PATH 3 For Graduates with a non-engineering qualification, support will be provided to become an accredited Project Manager. Note: All Graduates on paths 1, 2 and 3 are entitled to attend business management training modules in order to assist with their professional development. They receive performance and salary reviews every six months during the first two years of each Path.

PATH 4 Direct entry on to the non Graduate scheme. Each discipline is viewed as an individual case and support is given to achieve recognised status.

INTERNSHIPS Internships are also available and generally last between 6 to 12 months.

Focused on the Gas Turbine Sector of the Aerospace division. Delivering accelerated learning to satisfy the customer demand with modules covering a broad range of skills and disciplines. Modules are also designed to support professional development.

NUCLEAR INSTITUTE

Aims at growing collective and individual project management skills; Learning through professional training courses and engaged in a global Assystem wide community sharing its knowledge for the benefit of all.

Based upon a community of experts in the nuclear field. Assystem established its internal training centre in 2008 as a place to transfer knowledge among senior nuclear experts and junior engineers who will face tomorrow’s nuclear challenges.

INNOVATION PROJECTS OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRADUATES Within Assystem there are many opportunities for employees to express themselves through innovative projects and competitions. Graduates working for Assystem have the ultimate challenge to prove themselves, bring ideas to life and receive recognition. Below you can see some examples of previous projects and the annual international innovation competition.

THE AMPHIBIAN The Amphibian is a technological showcase made in Assystem. It is an ultra-light aircraft able to land and take off on both land and water.

AIRCRAFT SIMULATOR The Assystem Aircraft Simulator is a prototype developed by Assystem staff to model and test our system developments and encourage interactivity in our internal training courses.

THE INNOVATION FACTORY INNOVATION FACTORY

Assystem Innovation Factory is an international network connecting Assystem employees. Its mission is to generate, stimulate and promote innovation throughout the company.
