Why Supply Chain Finance and Why Now? There are a few forces that can’t be stopped, such as gravity. Even if we constantly try to fight it through technology it always wins when we run out of energy. It’s the same with the ongoing disruption of finance.

At Treasury Peer we have long advocated for a corporate banking system for corporations and by corporations because this is where we must gravitate to. In our area the gravity, or the force, is made up of government policies and regulation, which very clearly disintermediates the incumbent financial system from us, the corporate sector. This means that the cash rich, highly credit rated companies need to support their ecosystem of suppliers and distributors. This also means we have to develop other methods to gain visibility and control over risk and working capital in the whole supply and demand chain. Therefore we have chosen Supply Chain Finance to be the subject of The Talent Show 2016.

Definitions “Organizer” means Treasury Peer AB (“Treasury Peer”) or its designated representatives. “Purchaser” includes any person, firm or company, corporation, institution, association or committee, who purchases tickets to an event arranged by the Organizer at www.treasurypeer.com. “Contract” means a binding agreement between the Organizer and the Purchaser. 2. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to any purchase of ticket(s) to events arranged by the Organizer through its website, www.supply-chain-finance.rocks. Treasury Peer may modify these general terms and conditions from time to time. The most recent version of the general terms and conditions is available on www.supply-chain-finance.rocks at all times. Treasury Peer will only send you the most recent version of the general terms and conditions upon request. 3. Conclusion of Contract By purchasing ticket(s) online via the website www.supply-chain-finance.rocks, the Purchaser submits a legally binding offer for concluding the Contract. The Contract enters into force when the Organizer confirms the purchase by e-mail or online via the website www.supply-chain-finance.rocks. By submitting the purchase, the Purchaser acknowledges and accepts these general terms and conditions. The Contract relates exclusively to the specific pre-arranged event described on www.supply-chainfinance.rocks. By concluding the Contract, Treasury Peer undertakes to conduct the event and the Purchaser undertakes to pay the respective participation fee. 4. Order confirmation If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Treasury Peer’s customer service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problem that may occur during the purchase process. Treasury Peer will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. 5. Payment methods Payment of tickets will be (i) handled by PayPal and there are several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, such as MasterCard and VISA, or (ii) invoiced separately. All payments will be made in EUR. 6. Ticket delivery Your ticket is delivered as an email to the email address you note in the registration forms. You shall print and bring the ticket to the event to ensure access. At the event registration desk you will receive a lanyard with a delegate badge you need to wear at all times at the event venue.

General Terms 7. Cancellation and reimbursement of participation fee If the participant is unable to attend the event, he/she shall notify Treasury Peer in writing. In the case of cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event, the participation fee shall be refunded to the participant in full; up to 60 working days prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded; in the case of a later cancellation, no refunding will be made. However, in all cases a third person may participate as a replacement for a fee of EUR 100 for administrative expenses. Note that service providers and vendors pay a higher fee than corporate representatives. If the replacement is a service provider or vendor Treasury Peer can oblige you to pay a higher fee than EUR 100. 8. Cancelled and rescheduled events Treasury Peer reserves the right to make alterations to the event program, location and timings at any time. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by Treasury Peer, a full refund will be made. The liability of Treasury Peer will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the ticket purchaser. 9. Information and Copyright Information supplied by the Organizer in relation to any event is accurate to the best of its knowledge and belief, but shall not constitute any warranty or representation. Treasury Peer shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, mistakes or omission in such information. All information and data relating to the event is the copyright of the Organizer. 10. Websites and Links The Treasury Peer website may link to other websites and networking tools, provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which Treasury Peer takes no responsibility; neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to the Treasury Peer website. 11. Data protection With regard to the general handling of data, Treasury Peer complies with the prevailing legislation, in particular the provisions of the Swedish Personal Data Act (Sw: personuppgiftslagen (1998:204)). Treasury Peer shall only collect, save and process data that are necessary for conducting the event, for processing and maintaining the customer relationship, for ensuring the security of operations and infrastructure and for invoicing. Personal data will in no case be shared with third parties. 12. Force majeure Treasury Peer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Treasury Peer shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. 13. Governing law and place of jurisdiction These general terms and condition shall be governed by Swedish law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Malmö, Sweden.
