EndoSan™ is an ecological disinfectant product that can be used for a multitude of applications across many market sectors. It is a new, exclusive and original generation of ecological disinfectants based on activated and stabilised hydrogen peroxide. This unique composition is safe for people and the environment, providing a real alternative to products based on halogens, chlorine, bromine or iodine and aldehydes, phenols, quaternary ammonium compounds and others. EndoSan™ is equally effective against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria. EndoSan™ is colourless, odourless and miscible with water at all ratios.
It’s high efficiency is due to the in-depth action of special additives which prevent the spontaneous breakdown of the hydrogen peroxide. In the presence of micro-organisms EndoSan™ increases its Biocidal activity by forming high energetic active oxygen. This action guarantees a long-lasting disinfection.
In agriculture, it can be used to disinfect the soil and plants in a safe, economical and environmentally friendly manner.
EndoSan™ is environmentally friendly as the active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide, a chemical compound hybrid of hydrogen and oxygen. During the disinfection it decomposes into water and oxygen therefore no dangerous substances are formed.
It does not cause any change in smell or taste when it comes into contact with water, beverages or food products.

LEGIONELLA CONTROL Legionella is a ubiquitous, naturally occurring bacterium. Colonies of Legionella can breed in various types of water storage and domestic water systems, such as those found in care homes, hospitals, schools and commercial buildings. The HSE believe legionnaires disease is preventable and it is subject to L8 legislation, applicable to all public buildings within the UK. The effect of this legislation is to place a personal as well as corporate liability on all estate owners, regardless of size and stature. Risk assessments have to be carried out in all cases and be made available for inspection upon request. Failure to provide required documentation will result in prohibition notices and in the event of an outbreak, prosecution.
The bacterial loads in swimming pools, spas and water parks are of major concern for the health and well-being of the patrons who use their facilities. The risk of illness associated with swimming pools and water parks are primarily linked to faecal contamination of the water. An effective water sanitisation regime makes the water safe to swim in, as it will eliminate some pathogens and inhibit the growth of others.

DANGERS OF CHLORINE USAGE IN POOLS AND SPAS: If chlorine can shorten the life of your pool or spa components (regardless of composition), just think of what it’s doing to your body. The typical chlorine level a pool or spa owner maintains is 10 times the recommended level the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) deems safe. External exposure to chlorine can cause your skin to prematurely age and has been known to cause acne, eczema, melanoma, psoriasis, and seborrhea. Breathing the chemical can damage lung tissue and chemical contact to the eye can cause blindness.
EndoSan™ silver stabilised hydrogen peroxide was used at the 2012 London Olympics replacing chlorine as an additive to disinfect ice baths, therapy and treatment pools located at the athletes training facilities. The use of EndoSan™ as an additive to hospital water systems ensures an excellent level of hygiene in all day to day applications. EndoSan™ helps to prevent common problems and the spread of different microbes in hospital water (such as legionella).
Disinfecting non-critical medical equipment and devices and non-critical surfaces is very important. EndoSan™ used as a low-level disinfectant will kill most vegetative bacteria and some fungi as well as enveloped viruses.
EndoSan™ also removes organic deposits and biofilms from distribution system taps and pipes to avoid bacterial growth like pseudomonas, aeruginosa, pneumonia and p.aeruginosa. In addition, EndoSan™ is chlorine and alcohol free which is specifically useful for cancer patients since chlorine encourages the growth of tumours as many studies have proved.
DISINFECTING THE ENVIRONMENT Control of MRSA and MDR EndoSan™ is used to create a 99.999% germ free environment in hospitals and clinics. EndoSan™ can be applied by ultrasonic atomisation and will stop the spread of many different airborne micro-organisms and viruses. These micro-organisms directly cause conditions like legionnaires’ disease, bronchitis, asthma and influenza. Ultrasonic atomisation is a leading-edge delivery system which contributes greatly to a successful disinfection and a clean patient environment.
HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTION (HLD) Operation theatre and critical areas EndoSan™ can be used as a high level disinfectant (HLD) to reduce the transmission of pathogens to patients, and to disinfect semi critical medical equipment and critical surfaces. EndoSan™ used as a HLD destroys vegetative bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi and enveloped and nonenvelope viruses.
Examples of non-critical equipment are blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, bedpans, urinals, commodes, oximeters, glucose meters, electronic thermometers, hydrotherapy tanks, lift slings, ECG machine leads, IV poles, wheel chairs, call bells, and fingernail equipment that is for single use only.
FLOORS & WALLS For medical premises EndoSan™ provides a high level disinfection to all types of floors and walls within hospitals and healthcare environments. This protects against the transmission of contagious diseases like hospital acquired pneumonia, MRSA, urinary-tract infections and many others.
DENTAL APPLICATION Dental disinfectant with Biofilm removal EndoSan™ used as a dental disinfectant is highly effective in combating the spread of viruses such as Hepatitis B (HBV), Hepatitis C (HCV), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and many other viruses and bacteria. In addition, EndoSan™ will remove the biofilm that can form in dental chair tubes where bacteria and viruses can grow easily. EndoSan™ can also be used to disinfect medical instruments such as medical utensils, kidney trays and a wide range of dental equipment and accessories used in dental clinics and hospitals.
Examples of semi-critical equipment are respiratory therapy equipment, trans-rectal probes, nebuliser cups, ear syringe nozzles and CPR face masks.

Food Hygiene FRUIT AND VEGETABLE DISINFECTION
Bacteria can divide every 20 minutes and one single bacterium can multiply into over 8 million cells in less than 24 hours. EndoSan™ can be used to prevent periodical outbreaks of food-borne illness, which is directly linked to the cross contamination of micro-organisms through a variety of means.
EndoSan™ has good stability, no health hazards to human beings and no technical or disposal concerns. EndoSan™ also meets the stringent environmental, health and safety and HACCP standards for food hygiene.

EndoSan™ is a new, innovative disinfection technology in the agricultural sector, helping to disinfect agriculture and plants in a safe, economical and environmentally friendly manner. A preventative approach is a very important principle in plant disinfection, aiming to eliminate a disease before it can trigger the economic damage threshold (EDT) value. EndoSan™ is made to be highly ecological as well as being a cost-effective plant disinfectant against many harmful fungi and bacteria. EndoSan™ is an outstanding and environmentally friendly plant activator and disinfectant. It is made from a special grade of stabilised hydrogen peroxide (disinfectant) as a biocide with a residual balance of demineralised water. EndoSan™ is used against root fungal disease, powdery and denaby mildew, peronospora on grapes and other bacteria like pseudomonas and erwinia.
SOIL DISINFECTION EndoSan™ eliminates soil-borne disease especially pythuim and fusarium as well as contributing to resolving the nematoda problem.
