IMMEDIA TE SEAL IMMEDIATE SEAL:: LF3000 fittings seal both in static and dynamic applications. The tube seal provides a positive seal on the outside diameter of the tubing. Threaded ends come with pre-applied thread sealant.

USE OF MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF TUBING TUBING:: LF3000 fittings can be used with semi-rigid nylon tubing from 1/8” to 1/2” OD, polyurethane tubing from 5/32” to 1/2” OD, and polyethylene tubing from 1/8” to 1/2” OD. INST ANT ANEOUS CONNECTION / DISCONNECTION INSTANT ANTANEOUS DISCONNECTION:: Tubing is connected or disconnected without the use of any special tools. Fittings come standard with black release buttons. Colored buttons or color-coding rings are available to enable color-coding of circuits.

OPTIMUM FLOW: The gripping and sealing of the fittings is achieved using the outside diameter of the tubing. There is no deformation. The connection is compact, yet does not restrict flow.

Plastic hose clamps are lightweight, corrosion resistant hose clamps manufactured from high performance, thermoplastic materials selected to work well in a variety of diverse environments. A quick ratchet closure provides for reduced assembly line time and allows for application after connection of the hose. Release is achieved by initiating opposed lateral movement of the rachet ends. Heat stabilized materials are available for high temperature, motor and under-hood applications. Plastic hose clamps are also stable in a wide variety of chemicals including salts, bases, alcohols, ethers, detergents, gasoline, lubricating oils, and greases. The plastic hose clamp is available in 18 standard sizes for hoses from 1/4" to 2-3/8" OD and variety of non-round shapes especially designed for specific applications. Plastic hose clamps are standard in natural. Custom designed and different colored plastic hose clamps are available based on application and volume requirements.
