Date: June 4, 2016 Time: 10am – 2pm Location: Frank Liske Park, Concord Event Details: The Day begins with a 5K/10K run hosted by Cabarrus County Active Living and Parks Department at 9:00am followed by Cabarrus Meals on Wheels Ducktona Dash Festival. Family Fun Arts & Crafts Festival with Free Kid’s Zone 10am-2pm and Rubber Duck Race at 12pm. 4,000 rubber ducks will be released to race to the finish line where prizes will be awarded to the Top 40 Finishers. Cash Awarded to Top 3! 1st Place = $750, 2nd Place = $500, 3rd Place = $250. Target Audience: Families Tentative Media Plan: (not limited or guaranteed) • • • • •

Presenting – Sponsor Breakdown-- $2,500 As the Presenting Duck Sponsor of the 7th Annual Ducktona Dash Festival, this is by far, the best value for your money. Presenting Duck Sponsor has the opportunity to gain a significant amount of exposure to businesses and the community. Media: Presenting Duck Sponsor will be included in 100% of all media and will be referred to as the Presenting Duck Sponsor where applicable. Logo Representation: Presenting Duck Sponsor will have the primary position on 100% of all printed collateral, including, but not limited to the following: • • • • • • •

Pre Event Exposure Sales Locations: Duck adoptions will start 4 months prior and will be conducted at various sales locations including but not limited to: • Events • Store fronts • Cabarrus Meals on Wheels Presenting Duck Sponsor will be able to provide us with promotional pieces to distribute at above mentioned locations. Presenting Duck Sponsor will also be noted as the Presenting Duck sponsor on signage placed at Duck Store. Event Day Exposure Booth Space: Presenting Duck Sponsor will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ booth space on the day of the event. The space can be used at the discretion of Presenting Duck Sponsor- for giveaways, contests, etc. Emcee: Presenting Duck Sponsor can provide Cabarrus Ducktona Dash with a 30 second script to be read 7 times by the Emcee of the event on the day of the event. Start of Race: Presenting Duck Sponsor can have a representative call the start of the race, mentioning the sponsor by name at the start of the race. Banners: Presenting Duck Sponsor name and logo will be included on all event banners. Banners will be located at Cabarrus County Park and Cabarrus Meals on Wheels. Duck Flocking Signs: Presenting Duck Sponsor logo will appear on three (3) Duck Flocking signs that travel throughout Cabarrus County 3 months prior to event date. Entries to the Race: Presenting Duck Sponsor will receive 20 duck adoptions for the race. Meal tickets: Presenting Duck Sponsor will receive tickets for eight meals the day of the event (meal includes sandwich, drink, chips, and cookie).

Colossal Duck– Sponsor Breakdown-- $1,000 Logo Representation: Colossal Duck Sponsor name on all printed collateral, including, but not limited to the following: • Posters • Duck Adoption Papers • Ducktona Dash Banners and Signs • Social Media & Web Advertisement • www.CabarrusMOW.org • Facebook/cabarrusducktonadash Pre Event Exposure Sales Locations: Duck adoptions will start 4 months prior and will be conducted at various sales locations including but not limited to: • Events • Store fronts • Cabarrus Meals on Wheels Event Day Exposure Booth Space: Colossal Duck Sponsor will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ booth space on the day of the event. Entries to the Race: Colossal Duck Sponsor will receive 8 duck adoptions for the race.
