6th WORLD JUNIOR & CADET KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 1st UNDER – 21 WKF CUP 9- TRAINING FACILITIES The organisation will provide the countries, which make the relevant application in time, with a place for training, from the 08th to 11th of November 2009, both days inclusive. This application must be received before July 15th, 2009. Training area and transport for those training participants will be arranged in a nominal charge. 10- ENTRANCE TICKETS The ticket will be arranged free of charge during the 4 days competition for the all delegates and their families. FAREWELL PARTY The party will be held at the complex on the 15.11.2009 from 20.30 hrs to 24.00 hrs. The entry ticket covers entrance, free transportation from and to all official hotels, all night buffet dinner and the first drink of choice. The ticket price is 400, 00 Dirhams per person. Tickets will be sold in the Moroccan Royal Federation of Karate stand at the sport hall. All the payments will be done in dirham in cash upon arrival in Rabat to the Organising Committee.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WKF Kumite Rules Article 2 point 8 states that the following protective equipment is compulsory for all competitors: 8.1 WKF approved mitts, one contestant wearing red and the other wearing blue. 8.2. Gum shield 8.3. The female chest protector approved by the WKF 8.4. The shin pad & foot protector approved by the WKF Groin Guards are not mandatory, but if worn, they must be of approved WKF type IMPORTANT: THE NEW WKF FACE MASK AND BODY PROTECTOR ARE COMPULSORY FOR 14 & 15 YEAR OLD CADETS (MALE & FEMALE). INSURANCE All participants and members of delegations must effect their own medical insurance and personal trip insurance. The Moroccan Royal Federation of Karate AND THE World karate Federation are taking no liability for these concepts. Note that plain medical insurance is not enough, but the insurance has to have e.g. repatriation option .For further information please see the Competition Rules Articles 19 point 03. For the foreigners whose countries are subjected to the formality of the visa, their travel documents must be accompanied by a visa delivered by a Moroccan embassy or consulate.
