This pragmatic and effective procedure will convince sceptics and inspire people to join in. After a 5S workshop in your company, you will notice significant increases in productivity and quality. Deviations from the standards immediately become apparent when visual management is used.

The workshop is intended for specialist personnel engaged in production management (plant management and general management, production and assembly, logistics, production planning), and for employees and internal consultants who are co-participants in the introduction of a production system.

Each application for registration shall be confirmed in writing by Leonardo Group GmbH, citing the respective Lean factory address.

The fee amounts to 785,- euro for the one-day intensive seminar, and excludes any applicable accommodation costs. In the event that more than two people from a single company should participate in the same seminar, we shall grant a price discount of 15% applicable to each further participant. Following receipt of your application for registration, you will receive an invoice. Participation in the event shall be contingent upon settlement of this invoice. We reserve the right to effect requisite changes to the programme. Your application for registration shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Notification Should a participant provide notification of withdrawal prior to commencement of the event, the following cost regulations shall be applicable. - Up to two months prior to commencement of the event: no charges shall accrue. - From two months to three weeks prior to commencement of the event: a third of the fee shall be payable. - From three weeks prior to commencement of the event: the entire seminar fee shall be payable. - Participants may be substituted at any time, provided notification thereof is submitted to the event organiser no later than one working day prior to commencement of the event. Terms and Conditions of Participation No prior knowledge is necessary. The number of participants is limited. The event organiser reserves the right to cancel the event. In such a case, each participant shall be offered alternative training timelines and/or training topics.
