DAY 1 • 2 Start off at our Serengeti South camp: set on the edge of the short-grass plains that host the wildebeest birthing season and all the predator action that dogs on the heels of this movable feast, it’s hard to imagine a more stunning backdrop to your adventure. Dramatic storms sweep in new life, and babies and attendant predators are everywhere. Flora bursts forth, fields of wildflowers bloom, and the striking contrast of red Masai against the emerald background makes for a perfect palette. Part of the beauty of this spot is the unspoilt cultural element, and an idyllic opportunity to observe the Masai way of life in its most natural state. Settle into your surrounds and get into the safari swing of things before embarking on your walking adventure.

DAY 4 • 5 • 6• 7 • 8 You will find yourself among thousands of acres of a stunning acacia-dotted conservation area – an environment that lends itself to incredible walking safaris. On foot you will feel the opening of your senses, sharpening in response to the immediacy of the wilderness: vision, sound, smell all respond to the challenge of perceiving and reading the primordial signals of the bush. Alex, in company of local Hadzabe guides, will teach you to see the landscape through their eyes, and immeasurably enhance the richness of the way you experience it. Drink in the active participation of engaging with your surrounds, and cultivate a fuller appreciation of the myriad intricacies that make up the magic of the bush. By night, take adventure back to its roots with fireside meals and bedrolls under the stars, and relish the stripped-back simplicity that is the beauty of flycamping.

DAY 9 • 10 Return to the relative lap of luxury of the main camp, and kick back with a well-earned G&T. Round off your experience with a game drive or two perhaps to see some cheetah or wild dog, or simply relax and let it all sink in.
