Competition will be WTF Rules. Single elimination tournament

Qualifications: Holder of Nationality of the participating country. Athletes from athletic Clubs members of ETU National Federations

WTF Global License is mandatory for all age categories (and all officials). 5.

Seniors: 2 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break Juniors and Cadets: 1,30 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break

AGES SENIORS: An athlete must be born in 1997 and earlier (+17 years) JUNIORS: Date of Birth (1997- 1999) CADETS: Date of Birth (2000,2001 & 2002) NOTE: Whoever eligible for Junior and Senior category because of the age has pick only one category for competition. Athletic Clubs are entitled to enter ONE contestant per weight category (of 56 total athletes- per club: 16 seniors, 20 juniors, 20 cadets). All competitors have to prove their age by presenting their passport or identification card at the weigh-in. For those athletes that are not adults must submit along with passport a written consent (pls find enclosed at the last page) at registration signed by parents or lawful guardians, accepting their participation and all parts of the official invitation. Membership from the MNA will be controlled by the Organization.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT & UNIFORM The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform. Daedoo PSS will be use at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC. All athletes must bring their own Daedoo sensor socks. Head gears, Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants. Head Gear only blue and red colour is permitted Mouth piece is compulsory!(Only white or transparent)

The Entry Fees must be paid in EURO’S and please have in mind that it is your responsibility to arrange any additional payment on currency or bank charges. If there are any additional charges on the account of the European Taekwondo Union then it should be paid by cash during the registration. All payments must be done by the team-Club (individual payments are not allowed). Entry Fees and Accommodation must be paid before the dead line (November 10 ) Note: Reservation and Registrations are only valid when payment have been received and confirmed by the bank and the organizer.  Incomplete application forms or applications without entry fees are invalid and will be sent back.  Applications and payments shall be sent at the same time. (White or transparent)  All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector.  Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play.  Coaching is only allowed in sportswear.  All coaches must be 18 years or older.  First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency

14. INSURANCE:  

The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey. All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Turkey. If not, this will have to be paid cash.

16. HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted on Monday 24/11/2014 , in the presence of OC the representatives of the participating Clubs- Teams. (17:00-19:00 Maritim Resort Hotel)

17. WEIGH-IN i. ii.

Weigh-in of the contestants shall be completed one day before their scheduled competition day. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear underpants and female contestants shall wear underpants and brassieres. However, contestants may weigh-in in the nude if they want to do so.

The respective club shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities thereto. The respective club shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships. The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships.
