Bailey Trailers Limited manufacture trailers from first class materials and all trailers carry a two year guarantee. The guarantee only applies to parts that fail through faulty workmanship within two years of purchase. Any repairs through bad workmanship during the guarantee period does not apply to any parts which are not of our manufacture, unless covered by the maker’s guarantee or to any alternations or repairs carried out without our written instructions. Should it be necessary for the trailer to be returned to the factory, transport costs will be charged to the owner. No repairs will be carried out without the authority of Bailey Trailers Limited. All deliveries should be checked and discrepancies should be reported within 7 days. Dimensions are given as a guide only. The manufacturers do not accept liability if dimensions vary on models supplied. The price list is subject to revision without prior notice. Trailers are supplied subject to price ruling at the time of despatch unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bailey trailers Limited.

All TB models are mounted on 8 or 10mm RHS chassis, fitted with heavy duty axles on tandem springs and equipped with long reach tipping cylinders to give approx 50º of tip. Both lift-off and fixed body trailers have heavy gauge floors with hollow section runners at 12” centres to eliminate wear when loading heavy materials, heavy gauge sides and rear door with a hollow section frame and strengthening channels.

Hydraulic Rear Door (optional extra) The hydraulic rear door comes complete with a lockvalve to keep the door tightly closed and a safety valve which protects against TB 11 accidents when the trailer is in the down position, by preventing opening of the rear door. Long reach 2 way rams can be retained in any position to give controlled discharge of free flowing loads and high clearance when unloading heaped loads like farm manure. TB 14 SILAGE KITS, front and side loading, are available to fit most Bailey trailers. They are fabricated from heavy gauge material with strengthening channels. and a mechanical up and over silage gate (hydraulic gate optional).

Bailey STOCK BOXES fit any flat trailers. They are built to your required length with the option of sheep decks, internal gates and loading ramps. Loading gates are spring assisted for ease of use. TB 14

Bailey EASY SHEETS are purpose made, rollover covers suitable for all Bailey trailers. Combining quality, strength and economy, they provide valuable protection for crops and materials in transit. Protect your crops from the damaging effects of wind, rain and vermin. EASY SHEET is tough, resilient and practical. Made from heavy gauge PVC with quality fittings, they promise a long life of crop shelter and protection.

FLAT 10 All Bale and Pallet models are mounted on 8 or 10mm RHS chassis with heavy duty axles on tandem springs. All trailers are fitted with 4mm flat floor, or chequer plate floor, with 60x40 RHS floor runners at 12” centres. Bale trailers have heavy duty RHS side rails with 2’ high headboard for safe and secure loading of pallets, bags, boxes etc. Standard Features Lights to RTA, independent hydraulic brakes, parking brakes, rope hooks, 40mm EN8 towing eye, skid & skid carrier, hydraulic hose carrier, front steps, front and rear ladders.

LOW LOADER Trailers have been designed so that the bed of the trailer lowers to the ground to enable easy, quick and simple loading of implements, small crawlers, drills etc. On the single axle model, the bed is raised and lowered by the means of two large tipping cylinders at the rear and by a tractor pickup hitch at the front. Variants are available in 7 and 8 tonne capacities. Beavertail models from 15 to 20 Tonnes are mounted on tandem springs. Spring assisted loading ramps, 40mm hard-wood floor, fully road legal lights, heavy duty axles and wheels are standard.

CT 20 The CONTRACT TIPPER is a recent addition to the Bailey range of trailers. The trailer offers the user a tough versatile trailer designed for moving soil and stone or, with the addition of extension sides, significant amounts of grain. CD 12 These heavy duty CONTRACT DUMPERS, specially designed for the toughest conditions, outclass most dumpers on the market. BEET 16 The unique feature of the BEETEAPER is that they tip to approximately 60° angle. The hydraulic rear door has longer side arms and longer hydraulic rams to allow the rear door to open higher. This enables the beet to be heaped to approximately 9 feet high. The advantage of the BEETEAPER trailer over the standard farm dumper trailer is that it is multi purpose. It can be used for grain and other crops and can be easily tipped inside buildings. All Beeteaper models are mounted on 8 or 10mm RHS chassis with heavy duty axles on tandem springs. The BEETEAPER trailer is made from a 4mm floor with hollow section runners at 12" centres to eliminate wear on the Trailer floor when loading heavy materials. The trailer sides and tail door are made from 4mm material with strengthening channels. All Beeteapers come with 10 stud commercial axles as standard. Large flotation tyres can be fitted.

They are manufactured with 6mm floor (4 tonne), 8mm floor (6, 8, 10 & 12 tonne) and 10mm floor (14 & 18 tonne) on 150 x 100mm RHS. The top chassis has 120 x 120mm SHS cross member and 4mm sides (4 tonne), 6mm sides (6, 8, 10 & 12 tonne) and 8mm sides (14 & 18 tonne) with RHS frame. Deep section box channels with stand stone, concrete, rubble etc. A heavy duty RHS bottom chassis is mounted on a heavy duty tandem spring unit. The 14 & 18 tonne models are fitted with a unique anti jack knife system which, when tipping, automatically locks the tandem unit to give more stability. CD 12 These heavy duty CONTRACT DUMPERS, specially designed for the toughest conditions, outclass most dumpers on the market. BEET 16 The unique feature of the BEETEAPER is that they tip to approximately 60° angle. The hydraulic rear door has longer side arms and longer hydraulic rams to allow the rear door to open higher. This enables the beet to be heaped to approximately 9 feet high. The advantage of the BEETEAPER trailer over the standard farm dumper trailer is that it is multi purpose. It can be used for grain and other crops and can be easily tipped inside buildings. All Beeteaper models are mounted on 8 or 10mm RHS chassis with heavy duty axles on tandem springs. The BEETEAPER trailer is made from a 4mm floor with hollow section runners at 12" centres to eliminate wear on the Trailer floor when loading heavy materials. The trailer sides and tail door are made from 4mm material with strengthening channels. All Beeteapers come with 10 stud commercial axles as standard. Large flotation tyres can be fitted.

They are manufactured with 6mm floor (4 tonne), 8mm floor (6, 8, 10 & 12 tonne) and 10mm floor (14 & 18 tonne) on 150 x 100mm RHS. The top chassis has 120 x 120mm SHS cross member and 4mm sides (4 tonne), 6mm sides (6, 8, 10 & 12 tonne) and 8mm sides (14 & 18 tonne) with RHS frame. Deep section box channels with stand stone, concrete, rubble etc. A heavy duty RHS bottom chassis is mounted on a heavy duty tandem spring unit. LOW LOADER Trailers have been designed so that the bed of the trailer lowers to the ground to enable easy, quick and simple loading of implements, small crawlers, drills etc. On the single axle model, the bed is raised and lowered by the means of two large tipping cylinders at the rear and by a tractor pickup hitch at the front. Protect your crops from the damaging effects of wind, rain and vermin. EASY SHEET is tough, resilient and practical. Made from heavy gauge PVC with quality fittings, they promise a long life of crop shelter and protection.

FLAT 10 All Bale and Pallet models are mounted on 8 or 10mm RHS chassis with heavy duty axles on tandem springs. All trailers are fitted with 4mm flat floor, or chequer plate floor, with 60x40 RHS floor runners at 12” centres. TB 14 SILAGE KITS, front and side loading, are available to fit most Bailey trailers. They are fabricated from heavy gauge material with strengthening channels. and a mechanical up and over silage gate (hydraulic gate optional).

TURNTABLE OPTION

Bailey STOCK BOXES fit any flat trailers. They are built to your required length with the option of sheep decks, internal gates and loading ramps. Loading gates are spring assisted for ease of use. TB 14

The box is secured to the trailer by 4 securing straps which facilitate quick and simple fitting and removal, leaving the flat trailer free

The Bailey one-piece lift-off kit is also available for all silage models so that, with the aid of a forklift, you can convert from grass to grain in minutes. All silage kits are supplied with 3’ sides, 3’ full mesh front and 3’ gate. Any variation must be specified at time of ordering.

Optional Extras

All TB models are mounted on 8 or 10mm RHS chassis, fitted with heavy duty axles on tandem springs and equipped with long reach tipping cylinders to give approx 50º of tip. Both lift-off and fixed body trailers have heavy gauge floors with hollow section runners at 12” centres to eliminate wear when loading heavy materials, heavy gauge sides and rear door with a hollow section frame and strengthening channels.

Hydraulic Rear Door (optional extra) The hydraulic rear door comes complete with a lockvalve to keep the door tightly closed and a safety valve which protects against TB 11 accidents when the trailer is in the down position, by preventing opening of the rear door. Long reach 2 way rams can be retained in any position to give controlled discharge of free flowing loads and high clearance when unloading heaped loads like farm manure. Should it be necessary for the trailer to be returned to the factory, transport costs will be charged to the owner. No repairs will be carried out without the authority of Bailey Trailers Limited. All deliveries should be checked and discrepancies should be reported within 7 days. Dimensions are given as a guide only. The manufacturers do not accept liability if dimensions vary on models supplied. The price list is subject to revision without prior notice.
