Overview. In this unit, students learn about the country of the Domincan Republic; talk in the present and past tenses about what they drink and eat; recognize homophones and learn about desserts and flavors; identify different parts of their body by learning about healthy habits; and learn and name different sensations.     Essential Questions:   ● How do we talk about what people eat and drink in the Dominican Republic?
