The foundation consists of concrete piles and grade beams with a poured-in concrete slab.

The electrical system is comprised of 3,000amp, 277/480-volt, three-phase, four-wire, and alternating current.

The curtain wall consists of Roja Porrino and Carmen Red polished granite with Solar Cool Grey, and Titanium blue high-performance Viralon solarscreen reflective glass panels. Portions of the building elevations are 100% glass curtain wall. Floors are comprised of 6 ¼” lightweight concrete over metal deck. Floor live loads are 80 psf (reducible) live load plus 20 psf partition load.

HVAC The HVAC system consists of a rooftop HVAC central plant with individual air handling units with economizer capability located on each floor. There is a closed circuit cooling tower for tenants’ additional cooling needs with a 7.5-ton capacity per floor.
