TENDER 8/2016 Outdoor Distribution Plastic Cabinets You are kindly requested to quote for the supply and delivery to our stores in Shufat (DDP) the following material materials according to the following specifications: Item (1): 50 PC’s, low voltage (230/400V) Outdoor Polyester cabinets with base, as shown in figure (1) (1), dimensions 83*80*33 Item (2): 50 PC’s, low voltage (230/400V) Outdoor Polyester cabinets with base, as shown in figure (2) (2), dimensions 83*47*33 Should the bidder consider that they can offer any advantages to our company by a modification to the specification, they can draw attention to such modification by an attached document stating that change.

Cabinet Specifications: The self supporting cabinet cabinets shall be manufactured from fiberglass reinforced polyester or other approved material. The cabinets shall be designed for outdoor mounting for electrical instruments in main streets and cities. Fixing holes in the bottom shall be provided complete with four screws (min 1.1x3.0 cm) to fix the cabinet with the DIN standard base, or close the opening with bottom closure panel. The cabinet shall be arranged for front access only by means of one side metal-hinged hinged door that has appropriate mechanical strength to hold the door and shall also be fitted with a locking ing bar to secure the cabinet from top and bottom. om. The locking bar shall be operated by a central handle that shall be lockable by means of a padlock having a 13 mm hole as per the attached drawing drawings. The outdoor cabinets shall at least be IP 55 according to I.E.CI.E.C 60529 529 or later amendments ensuring watertight sealing and impact resistance.

The outdoor cabinets shall protect the equipment against all environmental hazards, for example and not limited to: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Rain Sunlight unlight U.V. Corrosive materials Fire ire retardant construction meeting VDE 0304 and UL-94-VO UL requirements 6. Resistance esistance to extreme temperatures The cabinet should be delivered empty (without busbars) and in light grey color, as per the drawings attached. Essential Bidding Requirements:

- A bank certified check or a bank guarantee of 5% of the total tender valid for 90 days, to be submitted as a bid bond, otherwise, quotation will be neglected. -

Quotation should be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package and handed over to the “Tender Committee” by the representative of the bidder or their agent not later than March 1st 2016, at 11:00 AM. TENDER DOCUMENTS FEES: 150 US$. A proof of payment should be sent by email to : [email protected] [email protected]. The main offer envelope or package should include three separate envelopes as follow :

a. The financial offer in a separate sealed envelope. b. The technical offer & catalogues placed in a separate sealed envelope. c. Your bid bond in a separate envelope. -

Technical cal offer will be studied separately from the financial offer. The financial offers for bidders whose technical offers do not meet JDECO’s technical requirements will not be opened.

In case offers are submitted by an agent on behalf of a certain supplier, supplier a copy of the agreement between the agent and the supplier must also be submitted. Such copy has to be authenticated and certified by the chamber of commerce at the supplier’s country of origin. Offers have to be attached with a letter confirming the authorized persons signing on behalf of the bidder.
