The Organizing Committee will provide transportation from and to Fiumicino Airport/Ancona Airport, as well as during the event from the hotels to the venue. 7. 13. TEAM COMPETITION According to the INAS guidelines and in order to encourage nations to participate, the INAS Open European Championships will have both individual and team competition per gender (male and female). In the Team Competition each competing nation is only allowed one (1) athlete per event (the best classified in the individual competition). Only nations with a minimum of 3 participating athletes per gender are eligible to participate in the Team Competition of this gender (male or female). The classification system for Team Competition is: • n points for 1st classified; • n-1 points for 2nd classified; • n-2 points for 3rd classified, and so on for other places, where (n) is the number of nations eligible for participation in the Team Competition per gender. Example: Male Competition, 12 participating countries • 1st 12 points • 2nd 11 points • 3rd 10 points • ... • 12th 1 point 14. PARTICIPANTS No limit number of athlete’s participants and team staff’s per sport and country; 15. ELIGIBILITY All athletes entering the event must appear on the INAS Classification Master List no later than the final entry deadline. Applications for new athletes must be submitted to INAS as soon as possible. Athletes who do not meet the qualifying criteria (see Event Entry Standards) or do not appear on the INAS Classification Master List are not eligible to participate in this event. There is no ‘guest’ entry.

16. ACCREDITATION Accreditation cards will be issued to each athlete and staff member. Photos of each delegation member are required not later than 30th January 2016. All athletes must have an Active entry on the INAS Master List. Accreditation will be handed to team managers after the Technical meeting. 18. MEDICAL SUPPORT Available at the Ancona Palaindoor. 19. CEREMONY Please bring 3 National flags and National Anthem on CD. 20. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE English is the official language of Ina events. All material and information will be available in English. 21. INSURANCE The Organizing Committee ensures satisfactory arrangements in respect of public liability and professional indemnity. Participating member organizations are responsible for their own insurance requirement for travel, personal accident, liability and medical matters.

22. REGISTRATION FORMALITIES   

Intention of Participation (entry by number) – no later than 30th July 2015; First Entry Form and 30% balance (not refundable) – no later than 30th October 2015; Second Entry Form and 70% balance, arrival/departure form and rooming list – no later than 30th January 2016.

23. ENTRY FEE FOR THE EVENT PERIOD th

Until the 15 May the LOC will share detailed informations about the hotels. The payment is essential in order that the entries can be accepted. The Organizing Committee provides a full board logistic facility, which includes accommodation in hotel with double and triple rooms in Ancona – breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the competitions day the lunch will be served next to the Athletic complex.
