We are pleased to announce the return of our online program specially designed to  recognize and reward your efforts in encouraging consumers to buy MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich® and Uniroyal® tires. The theme of our program is A Rewarding Choice. When you recommend and sell MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich® and Uniroyal® tires to consumers, Michelin gives you the opportunity to reward yourself! How? By giving you the freedom to choose your own reward with gift cards from a wide selection of participating merchants. We are pleased to introduce the return of the Michelin Car Dealer Rewards Program for the 2016 fall season. This program offers you the opportunity to register your sales online and earn valuable gift cards for you and your team. Visit mugpoints.ca to get started!

PROGRAM PERIOD From October 14 to December 16, 2016 The sales registration must be completed by December 30, 2016. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Michelin Car Dealer Rewards Program applies to eligible** MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich® and Uniroyal® Passenger, Light Truck and SUV/CUV tires sold between October 14 and December 16, 2016, and purchased directly from MNA(C)I or through the Michelin National Account Program, between July 1 and December 16, 2016, inclusively. Eligible sales personnel can accumulate dollars and earn gift cards in exchange. HOW TO REGISTER Register online at mugpoints.ca as of October 7, 2016. For more details, refer to the Program instructions section. To obtain a copy of the program, please visit mugpoints.ca or contact your Michelin sales representative.

program instructions INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTS & SERVICE MANAGER (Master Account)

Every Michelin Car Dealer Rewards Program works independently. Therefore, you need to register for each program. During the registration process for the 2016 fall edition of the Car Dealer Rewards Program, please provide a valid email address when creating your account.

This is an online program accessible via mugpoints.ca

Registration • You can register online as of October 7, 2016. • Welcome screen: Please click on FALL 2016 to start a session. • The Parts & Service Manager must create a Master Account before any other activity occurs. • If you have lost your password, please click on Password lost and you will receive an automatic email with your password.

Account Creation • Please use your Michelin Ship To number. • Please ensure that you enter a valid email address. An automatic email will be sent to the address you provided. Please click on the link in the email to confirm your registration. If you fail to do so, you will not be registered. This is also the email address that will be used to communicate with you and send you your VIPass certificate at the end of the program.

Sales Registration • Record your retail sales made between October 14 and December 16, 2016, by entering:

c. The number of tires sold by brand and by product (and/or dollars)

 The system will automatically calculate the dollars earned.

Tracking your sales • Click on Tracking form on the left hand side of the screen.

- T he Master Account will show all participants’ registered sales.



- T he participants will see their own registered sales as well as their total dollars earned. Every $50 earned may be ExchangeD for a gift card.

MY TEAM In the My team section, you can see your entire registered team. On this screen (for the administrator of the Master Account only), there is a function that allows the administrator to view the number of dollars accumulated, whether they are registered in a single account or several accounts. Important: You have the option of regrouping or ungrouping the team, i.e., you can list all participants and regroup or ungroup the dollars earned. If you regroup the team, it means that all the dollars will be regrouped under your name and you will be responsible for the allocation of the gift cards at the end of the program. If you ungroup or accumulate the dollars individually, it means that all participants are accumulating their own dollars and will receive their own gift cards.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

WHO CAN REGISTER ON THE SITE? The Parts and Service Manager must register the dealership first, and then he/she may add participants. After registration, each participant will receive an email with his/her own password to access the site.

WHO CAN RECORD SALES ON THE TRACKING FORM? The Parts and Service Manager can record sales for the team, or each participant can access the site to record his/her sales.

HOW DO I TRACK MY DOLLARS? You can track your dollars in the Tracking form section. The administrator is able to view the amount of dollars accumulated. The administrator can also track total dollars per individual or per group.

HOW WILL DOLLARS BE ACCUMULATED FOR THE DEALERSHIP? Dollars will be accumulated individually for each registered participant as well as for the Master Account. However, the Parts and Service Manager has the option of grouping all the dollars earned for the dealership by clicking the appropriate button on the My team screen. This option can be deselected if you change your mind. We strongly encourage you to keep the dollars grouped; this way you will not lose any.

WHAT IS A VIPASS CERTIFICATE AND HOW DOES IT WORK? When the program ends on December 30, 2016, registered sales will be compiled and a VIPass certificate will be issued to each Master Account/participant. The VIPass certificate will state the dollar value of the gift cards earned. The recipients will then have until April 15, 2017, to access the VIPass website and choose the gift cards and dollar amounts, not exceeding the total value earned. To view the list of participating merchants, consult page 7 or simply click on Participating merchants from the menu. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after the closing date to receive your VIPass certificate. REMEMBER: All Michelin Car Dealer Rewards Program communications and VIPass certificates will be sent exclusively via email.

WHY DOESN’T THE VALUE OF MY VIPASS CERTIFICATE MATCH THE DOLLARS I HAVE ACCUMULATED ON THE PROGRAM WEBSITE? If the value of your VIPass certificate does not match your total dollars accumulated on the program website it means there is a discrepancy between the quantity of tires entered on the program website and the quantity of tires purchased on the OS Program. Please remember that for tires to be eligible for the program, they must: • Have been purchased during the required period (between July 1 and December 16, 2016). • Have been purchased directly from MNA(C)I or through the Michelin National Account Program, via a Michelin authorized distributor, and invoiced through your OEM HO. All tires returned through the distributor and credited through the Michelin National Account Program (also known as an OT transaction) or directly to a Michelin warehouse will automatically be deducted from the number of tires eligible for the rewards program.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. T his program, which is open to all car dealerships, encourages eligible dealership personnel to sell MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich® and Uniroyal® tires. All earned rewards will become the property of the car dealership. The dealership operator will be responsible for distributing the rewards to eligible sales personnel. The operator will pay any applicable taxes. 2. This incentive program only applies to eligible tires sold at retail between October 14 and December 16, 2016. All tires claimed must have been purchased directly from Michelin North America Canada Inc. (MNA(C)I) or through the Michelin National Account Program between July 1 and December 16, 2016. All tires returned through the distributor (OT transaction) or directly to a Michelin warehouse will automatically be deducted from the number of tires eligible for the rewards program. 3. M  NA(C)I reserves the right to audit records of tires sold. 4. D  istributors and other tire dealers are not eligible. 5. A  ll sales must be registered by December 30, 2016, at the latest. The website will not allow you to make any entries/modifications past this date. Following this, sales registered will be validated and the VIPass certificate will be sent to you. Every $50 earned may be exchanged for a gift card. Participants will then use the VIPass certificate to access a full range of gift cards from which they can make their selection. 6. MNA(C)I is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. 7. Participants agree to abide by the program rules and the decisions of MNA(C)I, which are final. 8.
