Saturday, September 24 $15.00 per person registration fee for Saturday only; includes lunch and refreshments. Join us for a Day of Discoveree focused on Girl Scout Traditions and Spirit! Sessions cover a variety of topics centered on core Girl Scout themes and programs as well as opportunities to complete some required trainings! Join us for the day on Saturday! Driving in and would like to arrive Friday? No worries, add Friday evening to your registration and spend the night in one of the Camp Graham Treehouses! Note: Guests arriving Friday evening will be responsible for their own dinner; a light breakfast of fruit and muffins will be provided on Saturday. Additional Options Friday Evening Overnight (check‐in between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.) – additional $3.00 Includes light, continental breakfast Saturday morning.

Building Leadership in Girls
An essential component of Girl Scouting is our commitment to encouraging and allowing girls to take the lead! From brainstorming an activity, to planning it's important that co‐leaders guide and encourage girls to lead! Learn valuable tips from an experienced leader on how to let go and allow the girls to make decisions and lead!
Campfire Traditions & Songs
THIS SESSION IS AT THE END OF THE DAY AND WE INVITE ALL TO ATTEND! Plan to join us as we wrap up the day with one of the most wonderful of all Girl Scout traditions ‐ a full blown Girl Scout campfire where you'll learn songs to sing with your girls, favorite campfire traditions and activities and yes, we'll even have s'mores!
Camping Tips 101
Outdoor adventures and camping are amazing opportunities for girls to experience something new! Learn some great tips for your next adventure from two experienced outdoor enthusiasts and even a few things that you may not want to try!
Community Service & Take Action Projects
A Journey is not a Journey without a Take Action Project! This session will prepare you to guide your girls on their Take Action Project! By offering girls new ways to see the world and opportunities to get involved in the community, you teach them the importance of helping others and giving back! Learn the difference between community service and take action projects and ideas for both in this inspiring session!
Creating a Fun, Inclusive Environment for Your Girls
Nobody wants to feel left out. Creating an environment where every girl feels safe, welcome, and included is essential in building girls of courage, confidence and character. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of inclusive environments; take away helpful strategies for creating a safe and welcoming environment for their girls; and will be well equipped to address troop cliques or biases.
Event Director Training
Required training for Area Event Directors. Learn everything you need to know to plan, organize, and deliver fun (and safe!) and events for the troops and girls in your local area! Participants will learn steps for completing required paperwork, how to engage your committee, planning tips, and more!

For Brownie Co‐Leaders: It's time to jump into planning your troop’s Girl Scout Journey this year. Test out which Journey your troop will enjoy the most by doing a few sample Journey activities. Then we will breakdown the Journey process and brainstorm activities, take action projects, and more!

Brush up on your skills and leave ready to teach your girls! Learn how to tie knots and make a reference board to impress your girls at your next campout!
Legacy Badges and Crafts
Girls love to earn badges! Learn more about Girl Scouts' Legacy badges and hear ideas for activities and crafts that you can incorporate into your troop plans! Instructors will share real‐life examples and give you some hands‐on projects to try!
New Co-Leader Orientation
New Co‐Leader Orientation is required for at least one co‐leader in every troop; recommended for all new troop co‐leaders ‐ take it at Discoveree! Got questions? We've got answers! Gain an in‐depth understanding of your role and responsibilities as a troop co‐leader, troop management, and the Girl Scout Leadership Experience as well as advice on ideas and best practices on parent and girl engagement.

Respect Myself and Others: When a girl acts out, it's often for attention. Learn how to identify Managing Disruptive Behaviors different disruptive behaviors and strategies for managing them with modeling patience, tact, and respect.

Make a SWAP (or 2 or 4) while learning about SWAPS and their long‐ standing tradition in Girl Scouting! These adorable tokens shared among Girl Scouts at events locally, and across the globe, are just one of the many things that makes Girl Scouts special!
Tips & Tricks for a GREAT Cookie Sale
The Girl Scout Cookie Program is a wonderful learning experience for girls and a great way to earn funds for your troop! Learn how to stay organized, tips and tricks on everything from how to divide up responsibilities, avoid challenges, help girls to set and reach higher goals, and more! We'll even give you some great ideas that you can use for your cookie booth that will boost traffic and sales too!
Volunteer Essentials
Get this required training for all troop co‐leaders at Discoveree! Learn key concepts of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, council and national policies on safety, and other must know information you need to kick off your troop! Required for new troop co‐leaders and a great review for returning leaders!
