Health & Wellness Expo Vendor Information Trenton Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Health and Wellness Expo The 2015 Trenton Half Marathon Health and Wellness Expo will be held at the Wyndham Garden Trenton Hotel in Trenton, NJ. This two-‐day expo will be the primary location for packet pick-‐up, late registration, race shirt, timing bibs and goody bag pick-‐up. Trenton Half Marathon official merchandise will also be available for purchase at the Expo. The Trenton Half Marathon will provide an 8x10 booth space that includes draping, table, chairs, and trashcans for vendors. All banners, advertisements, giveaways and additional supplies will be the responsibility of the vendor. All vendors will have a logo, a brief description of their company/product, and a link to their website on the Expo tab of the Trenton Half Marathon website (www.trentonhalf.com) Space for a Standard Booth is $600.00 dollars and includes the benefits listed below: § 8x10 booth space at the 2015 Health and Wellness Expo § Exposure to 4,000-‐4,500 athletes and additional family & friends during the expo § Marketing materials and/or product samples placed in runner goody bags (Optional-‐ Intent to participate should be indicated on application). § Logo, company description, and link in the Expo section of the Trenton Half Marathon website. § Inclusion in social media promotions & our expo newsletter e-‐mail to all runners prior to the event. § Opportunity to set up on race day at a discounted rate. Licenses Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits. A food license permit is REQUIRED for the sale of ANY type of food product. This includes nutritional bars, gels, etc. All persons selling any event, good, or item are responsible for obtaining the appropriate business license and paying all applicable state and local taxes. All information about licensing, permits, & sales can be found through the Trenton Office of the City Clerk. Insurance All vendors/exhibitors must provide proof of insurance naming the Wyndham Garden Trenton Hotel, BOSS Events, and the Trenton Half Marathon as additional insured parties. APPLICATION

Expo Terms & Conditions: ◊All set up will be complete by Thursday, November 5th, 2015 by 11:30 a.m. ◊All breakdown and move out will start at the conclusion of the Expo at 8:00 p.m. and end by 9:00 p.m. Friday, November 6th, 2015. ◊Exhibitor agrees to be open and staffed for the duration of the Expo. Early departure could result in additional fees. ◊Exhibitor agrees that display will not intrude on aisles or adjacent exhibitors. ◊Exhibitor is responsible for any state and local permits and insurance. ◊Exhibitor agrees NOT to use the Trenton Half Marathon logo or name on any merchandise for sale without a license from the organizers of the Trenton Half Marathon. rd ◊Exhibitor agrees to submit payment before October 23 , 2015.
