Your dog’s original registration, hip certification and support documents for all accomplishments and titles MUST be available at the show for inspection at the time of the class. 4. A valid Hip Certification, pass or fail is required on all dogs over the age of 30 months. 5. The USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears on the Registration Certificate.

This is a German style conformation show. o The decision of the Körmeister is final. No dog shall be permitted to enter any class with missing teeth. Dogs are shown in a natural stance o No hand stacking is allowed. Double handling is permitted; no food is allowed in the ring. Adult classes will be moved (run) long enough for the judge to evaluate dogs’ movement and fitness. o You may change handlers as needed. Event will be held outdoors, rain or shine. Bring your own chairs and anything else you may deem necessary for comfort for you and your dogs. No dogs may be tied out at show site or ringside. Please do not bring non-entered dogs to the show grounds. Please use designated areas to exercise your dogs and clean up after them. Conformation Show Information Classes Offered: This is the 2014 National Sieger Show. Universal Sieger/Siegerin, Sieger/Siegerin, Select Male/Female, Youth Sieger/Siegerin, & Best Male/Female Puppy titles will be awarded. A USRC recognized working title, breed test and USRC registration is required to be named Sieger or Siegerin. Puppy Classes:  4-6 Month Male/Female (optional) o For all Rottweilers between the age of 4-6 months  6-9 Month Male/Female o For all Rottweilers between the age of 6-9 months  9-12 Month Male/Female o For all Rottweilers between the age of 9-12 months Youth Classes:  12-18 Month Male/Female o For all Rottweilers between the age of 12-18 months  18-24 Month Male/Female o For all Rottweilers between the age of 18-24 months Adult Classes  Open Male/Female o For all Rottweilers 24 months and older  Champion Male/Female o For all Rottweilers 24 months and older that have earned a USRC recognized Championship (AKC, CKC or a FCI member kennel club)  Working Male/Female o For all Rottweilers 24 months and older with a USRC recognized SchH/VPG/IPO title.  Sieger/Siegerin Class o For all Rottweilers 24 months and older that have earned a Sieger or Siegerin title at a USRC National or Regional Sieger show or have been awarded the USRC Universal Sieger title. When a dog is eligible for more than one class, the dog’s owner determines the entry. Any dog eligible to be awarded the USRC Sieger or Siegerin title must be USRC registered.

Conformation Show Information Cont’: Non-Regular Classes  Veteran Male/Female (optional) o For all Rottweilers 7 years or older on the day of the show. o Veteran class entries are not eligible for titles and receive only critiques, no ratings or placements.  Kennel Group (optional) o Three or more dogs bred by the kennel owner and registered with the kennel name of the entrant. o The kennel owner need not be the registered owner of the dogs. o All dogs must first be entered in the show's regular classes. o Written critiques are not given.  Brood Bitch (optional) o Entered by the owner of the brood bitch. o The brood bitch and at least two of her produce must appear in the ring. o The bitch must have a USRC recognized Breed Test and have been at least 24 months of age at the time of breeding. o The class is to be evaluated on the merits of the produce. o The owner of the brood bitch need not be the owner of the produce. o The produce must first be entered in the show's regular classes. o Written critiques are not given.  Stud Dog (optional) o Entered by the owner of the stud dog. o The stud dog and at least two of his get must appear in the ring. o The dog must have a USRC recognized Breed Test and have been at least 24 months of age at the time of breeding. o The class is to be evaluated on the merits of the get. o The owner of the stud dog need not be the owner of the get. o The get must first be entered in the show's regular classes. o Written critiques are not given.

This program has been designed to promote Rottweiler breeding in the United States of America, addressing both physical qualities as well as character attributes as the foundation of the true Rottweiler.

1. Copy of USRC Membership Card for both owner & handler. 2. Copy of USRC Registration for the dog being entered. 3. Copy of USRC recognized Breed Suitability Test Certificate or ABST Certificate if entering the LBST. 4. Copy of USRC recognized Hip Certification. (OFA, CDC, FCI or HS-, HD+/-). The ADRK hip rating of HD+ will be allowed if an ADRK Ztp. has also been earned. 5. Copy of scorebook showing titles earned, scorebook number, and full name of dog. 6. Copies of 3 show critiques as described in LBST/ ABST prerequisites. 7. Copy of certificate from the USRC Registrar confirming litter registration requirements if entering the LBST. 1. Beginning with the year 2001, the USRC will recognize and award a “USRC Universal Sieger/Siegerin(year)” as a title for Rottweilers. 2. All Rottweilers owned by members in good standing of the USRC are eligible to receive this title under the following conditions: a. The dog must possess a USRC recognized breed survey. b. The dog must compete at the USRC National Schutzhund Championship that immediately precedes the USRC National Sieger show at which the Universal Sieger/Siegerin title is awarded. c. The dog must receive a passing score with a TSB rating of pronounced at the National IPO Championships. d. Males must be IPO III. e. Females must be minimum IPO I. 3. The dog receiving the highest number of points combined in both events will be declared as the “Universal Sieger/Siegerin(year)”. A minimum of 10 points from each event (20 points total) is necessary. 4. Dogs born in USRC registered litters will receive additional 5 points. 5. The following points will be awarded: Points

USRC Universal Sieger/Siegerin Cont’ 6. In the event of several dogs achieving identical points, tie-breakers shall take place in this order: a. The dog bred in the USA under USRC regulations will be favored over any other dog. b. The points received from the National IPO Championships will dominate the other points. c. Males highest protection score dominates. d. Female’s higher degree dominates, in the case that the females are of the same degree level, the higher protection score dominates. 7. The Universal Sieger/Siegerin is an important title for our breeding goals and will therefore be recognized on the registration/pedigree of the winner and any progeny bred under the breeding rules of the USRC, as well as entered into the breed book. 8. The Universal Sieger/Siegerin title does allow entry into the Sieger/Siegerin class of USRC conformation shows. 9. The Universal Sieger/Siegerin title will appear at the front of the dog’s registered name, listed as “US’yr” 10. The Universal Sieger/Siegerin will be recognized on the front cover of the USRC magazine within the following year of winning the award. 11. The person handling the Universal Sieger/Siegerin in the National Sieger show will receive a trophy award immediately.
