All teams will enter through the side entrance of the lower athletic wing Weigh-ins will be conducted in the auxiliary gymnasium by team All coaches are to bring an official PIAA weigh-in sheet on Saturday Teams are encouraged to bring a scale to the weigh-in on Saturday and Monday Anyone not making weight will be scratched from the tournament Please let us know ASAP if you are competing on Thursday prior to the tournament The tournament will be double elimination for all wrestlers Teams may enter more than one wrestler per weight class Championship finals will be on 4 mats, along with 3rd, 5th, and 7th place Medals will be awarded for the top 8 place finishers in each weight class There will be a team award for the top 2 teams in both AA and AAA All matches on Saturday will be assigned to a mat. Saturday will run as a Silent Tournament with bout trees on each mat. Monday will be run as an announced tournament

There will be NO seeding meeting prior to the tournament

The entry fee of $325 is for 30 entries There will be an additional fee of $25 for each additional entry over 30 Your entry fee must be submitted in order to compete in the tournament Make checks payable to District XI Wrestling Coaches Association C/O TONY IASIELLO, PRESIDENT Profits from the tournament will go to the coaches association to promote wrestling. 1. Provide District XI Coach of the Year awards for Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Junior High 2. Provide AA and AAA Outstanding Wrestler of the year awards 3. Support the district XI Hall of Fame and wrestling scholar athlete dinner 4. Provide a scholarship for AA and AAA Scholar Athlete of The Year 5. Provide food and drinks for the end of the year coach’s meeting Each team is allowed a maximum of 5 passes for coaches, trainers, and managers. We will take the following pictures at the conclusion of the final match: Individual Tournament Champions, Team Champions and Team Runner-ups All wrestlers are expected to be in full uniform on the award stand Refreshments will be available upstairs in the cafeteria for athletes and spectators Wrestlers are to change in the auxiliary gymnasium immediately after weigh-ins Lockers will not be provided during the tournament All buses are to park at the soccer stadium behind the high school. Coaches, Thank you for using our on-line system to register for this year’s event. You will need the following information before entering the data: Weight, First and Last Name of Wrestler, Name of School, Wins, Losses, Placement Points from the 2013 Jr. High Tournament. The program will then automatically figure the total, percentage, bonus points for wins over 10, and deductions for wrestlers with less than 10 matches. To enter your team on-line go to: Web-site: http://www.gimpsoftware.com/ Click on District XI JHS (The following instructions may also be found on the left-hand side of the gimpsoftware.com webpage.) Find the Add New Team button and from there fill out the relevant team/coach info. (Make sure you say that the age group is JHS.) After you submit you will be returned to the schools and events page. Click on JHS above the schools to filter out non-relevant teams. Click on This Event and then double click on your school. Your password will be your full email address. Fill in the weights, names, wins/losses and bonus points. The site will do the computations. When you have completed the form, click on the Submit these Entries link. Check for accuracy and Submit. Emails will be sent upon various submissions. You can return to make changes any time prior to the stated deadline. Any necessary additions/deletions/corrections to your entries may be done in the Computer Lab at the seeding meeting.
