LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY A. AKONA Adventure Gear warrants to the original retail owner that all of its products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. B. Some products or components may have warranties in addition to the warranty coverage offered by AKONA Adventure Gear. RETURNS A. Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number must be obtained from the Customer Service Department before goods are returned. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned. B. All returns must have RGA number printed boldly on the outside of each package. C. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt for warranty verification and purchase date.
D. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. E. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments of salable merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. F.
