A New Standard of Standards Stainless Steel Components

To create a long lasting grill, we have made the majority of it out of 304-grade stainless steel. These components are powerful, weather resistant, anticorrosive, prevent discoloration and built to ensure you have your grill for a very long time.

The Grizzler

The Grizzler is an adjustable infrared side burner that is perfect for searing meats or boiling with pots and pans. Infrared burners reach extremely high temperatures within 45 seconds making them ideal for searing moisture into meat. The Grizzler has an independent grease tray for easy cleaning. The Grizzler searing, boiling, and cooking made easy.

Sticky Barbecue Ribs on your Swiss Grill Remove membrane and loose pieces from Ribs Coat ribs with Swiss Rib Rub on both sides, wrap tightly in plastic and refrigerate overnight (the next day ribs will appear wet) Ignite outside burners at low temp, leaving middle burner(s) off (if you have 4 burners, leave 2 off, if 6, leave 3 off) When the grill is stable at 250 degrees fahrenheit, put ribs in the center of the burners. Cook for 2 hours. Flip. Cook for another 2 hours. Take ribs off, coat them with Sticky Barbecue Sauce. Put all burners on high (including middle) and cook each side of the ribs for 2 minutes. Take off. Enjoy. 23
